The 2017 Château Beychevelle Grand Cru AOC Saint-Julien Bordeaux contains 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc. This Pauillac blend is comprised of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 3% Cabernet franc, and 3% Petit Verdot. Aging has taken place in French oak barrels for 18 months (75% new wood). The wine offers a characteristic nose combining fresh fruity and spicy aromas with fine oaky notes. The attack is supple, rich and aromatic. On the palate it is velvety and perfectly balanced, with dense tannins, powerful structure, freshness and beautiful length.

The 2020 is a highly concentrated vintage. Notes of licorice, grippy and charismatic cassis and blueberry fruit with a velvety texture layered with blackcurrant pastilles and rich dark chocolate.

This Saint Estephe blend is comprised of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, and 2% Cabernet Franc. The colour is a deep red with purple reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit (black cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry) are made more complex by toasty and liquorice notes. On the palate, the impressive attack leads on to fleshy and crunchy fruit. This harmonious blend is kept taut by nice freshness at the end of the palate and great aromatic length.

There is a fascinating balance in the Phélan Ségur 2020. Its expressive, remarkably open nose is an invitation to plunge into a "multicolored, polyphonic" universe of fruit and flowers. Chiselled structure, subtly fleshy, dense with finely woven tannins.

De Bortoli 'Old Boys' 21 Year Old Tawny is a classic tawny from the producer of some of Australia's premier styles. A supreme long length leaves you with a smooth and lingering finish.

GRAHAM’S 10 Years Old Tawny has a deep tawny colour. On the nose, it shows complex nutty aromas combined with hints of honey and figs. On the palate, rich mature fruit flavours, beautifully mellowed with a luscious long finished.
