Absent Landlord is our expression of a Kolsch-style beer, brewed with a perfect combination of old world and new world ingredients, fermented warm, and left honest. It's unfiltered and unpasteurized to let it's elegant and delicious flavours stand proud.

The highest quality Canadian malted barley is the centerpiece of this beer, with a soft but complex cereal and bread like notes that gives it a deceptively smooth, easy drinking experience.

Czechvar has a thick, rich head and golden yellow colour. The bouquet is pronounced, typically beer-like, accentuating a hoppy aroma. The lager has a medium to robust body.

DAB Maibock is a rich, strong golden bottom fermented beer. Traditionally brewed in the fall for release in the spring. This German super premium lager with well balanced aromas and pleasant lingering hop finish.

This decadent treat of a beer is rich and malty, but also hoppy. Earthy hop aromas of pine and stone fruit up front blend well with flavours of caramel, chocolate and espresso malts. The body is smooth and well rounded, and finishes with a pleasant residual hop taste reminiscent of spruce tips.

Golden amber colour with a fine mousse; aromas of bacon bits, medium toasted malt and orange peel notes; very creamy palate with dark malty flavours on the finish.

Faxe 10% is a strong beer. The slight sweetness combined with the high alcohol percentage results in a balanced product with a vinous taste. Faxe 10% is free of additives and, unlike other very strong beers, it contains no added alcohol. The high alcohol content is achieved through standard brewing techniques. It is easily drinkable and an excellent alternative to drinks and cocktails.

Faxe Premium is a classic international premium lager with a smooth, distinctive taste.
