Brown ale. Deep copper with garnet flashes. Three varieties of hops, and a blend of caramel, pale and black malts. This medium bodied Brown Ale fills your mouth with a fusion of toasty malt and sweet caramel up front finishing with a nutty flavour, medium creamy carbonation and mild hop bitterness.

The Chimay White has a golden colour, a slightly hazy appearance and a fine head. Its aroma is the result of an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer’s flavour comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that gives this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements a touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth.

This decadent treat of a beer is rich and malty, but also hoppy. Earthy hop aromas of pine and stone fruit up front blend well with flavours of caramel, chocolate and espresso malts. The body is smooth and well rounded, and finishes with a pleasant residual hop taste reminiscent of spruce tips.

Our dark brew, Two Wolves Great Plains Brown Ale is a well-balanced beer with a deep copper colour and aromas of roasted malt, cocoa and caramel. This highly engaging beer is medium bodied and bright with a high carbonation and refreshing enough to pair with light foods, and bold enough to stand with rich, heavy meals - excellent with pork and beef, root and winter vegetables, stews and barbecues alike. The Brown Ale is around 80% 2 Row Malt, and we add crystal 60, chocolate malt, and black malt. The dark malts provide the colour and roasted coffee and chocolate flavours. The brown ale has Columbus and Amarillo hops, Amarillo is one of the top 10 varieties of hops utilized by the beer industry.
