With generous usage of malted wheat, this beer starts soft and fluffy with notes of honey and biscuit. After our souring process and the inclusion of French sea-salt, the beer becomes tart, lemony and refreshing. We've given it an extra splash of summer with a cooling infusion of fresh cucumber and lime.
