This expression has spent up to 18 months finishing in Caribbean rum casks. The mingling of raw, spicy and earthy rye with the mellow sweetness of rum finishing creates an incomparably smooth whiskey. Aromas of citrus, caramel candy, maple sugar, vanilla, oak, hazelnut, spice and sherry wood. On the palate: sweet rum, sherry wood, and soft oak. A sweet/dry finish.

This expression was created from a mash that by law had to be no lower than 51% rye; following distillation it was aged in new charred oak barrels for 10 years. The result is aromas of sweet vanilla, oak and a touch of light fruit are followed by the taste is of spice, oak, hints of caramel, tobacco and warm cinnamon.

The taste of Bulleit Rye is exceptionally smooth with hints of vanilla, honey and spice & rich oaky aromas. Finish is crisp and clean with long, lingering flavours.

Soft amber in color, with an aroma of sweet rye grassiness upfront, followed by hints of citrus and apple. Flavor notes of toasted oak, butterscotch, vanilla wafers and a soft hint of pepper that leads to a beautiful, sweet and complex finish with a creamy mouth feel.

Mash Bill: 80% Corn, 10% Rye, and 10% Malted Barley. Gold in color, with an aroma of toasted oak and sweet corn with a hint of citrus and apple. Flavour notes of sweet-toasted maple, roasted creme brulee, and subtle hints of a granny smith apple and caramel lead to a very balanced, long, soft, and slightly sweet finish.

Gentleman Jack is charcoal mellowed before going into the barrel. It receives an additional “blessing” when it is charcoal mellowed again after reaching maturity, giving it ultimate smoothness. Gentleman Jack is full-bodied with fruit and spices, and its finish is silky, warm, and pleasant.

The nose begins with lingonberries and waxy leaves, as well as sour cherries, violets, and rosebuds, followed by a more traditional line of rye spice, oak, and cinnamon. The palate is rich with vanilla upfront, with chocolate syrup, green oak, and the burnt corner pieces from a brownie tray. A short finish shifts to astringent oak, with spearmint, and baking spices heavy on the cloves.

Colour: Amber. Nose: Rose, hint of rosemary, mature woodiness, sandalwood. Palate: Honey-like sweetness, candies orange peel, white chocolate. Finish: Subtle, tender long finish, with a hint of Mizunara (Japanese Oak).

We charcoal mellow our whiskey drop by drop, then let it age in our own handcrafted barrels. Our Tennessee Sipping Whiskey is ready only when our tasters say it is. We use our senses, just like Jack Daniel himself did. In fact, more than a century later, our Tennessee Whiskey is still judged the same way. By the way it looks, it smells, and of course the way it tastes.

The whiskey is rich and dark with an aroma of baked apples, toasted oak and baking spices. The entry follows suit with a slightly sweet entry that immediately turns to dry, cut oak and a little smoke. This expression has been aged in red wine casks. Deep amber, copper appearance. Complex nose with red berries and dried fruits, demerara sugar, leather, oak, and honey. Full bodied, creamy mouth feel with layers of tropical fruits, laden with warm toffee, wood spice, brandied dark fruit cake, with cigars, cocoa, malted milk, oats and honey. Long finish with a hint of sea salt, dried fruits and lingering oak.

This whiskey has been aged in fire-charred, new American white oak barrels. Aromas and flavours of spice, pepper, citrus, butterscotch and oak.

This melt-in-the-mouth malt has the most profound flavours crashing in like waves. At first, the delivery feels sublimely silky and studded with oak-like honey. And just when you think you’ve savoured it all, you are surprised by a hefty second wave of spice. This is followed by a cloudy, smoky feel that coats the roof of the mouth and leaves a tidal wave of dry molasses, peaty soot and a degree of copper in its wake. Bold has a light finish with a tinge of copper slowly making its presence known. You can also sense a gorgeous smoked mocha shaped by delicate and intricate spices.

Matured in American Virgin Oak casks and then finished in ex-Bourbon casks. Aromas of liquorice, gentle beeswax, honey on crisp toast, and tender notes of vanilla. Flavours of coffee mocha, orange peel and delicate spice float on active tannins while gentle oils enjoy gifts of dark cocoa tones.

The Nirvana commences with a soft whiff of bourbon, fruitcake and an enticing caramel pudding. The honeycomb sweetness gently touches the palate with a mild salt-tinged barley while the succulent vanilla heralds the honeyed finish of this rich copper whisky.

Aromas of fig, apricot and banana lead way to flavours of barley with creamy butterscotch, dry fruits and fruit cake. The finish is long and exquisite, with chocolate fudge, orange peel and exotic wine drenched nuts.

Nose: The smoky, sweet and earthy fragrances have mellow resonances of spice. Palate: As the crisp Muscovado and Demerara sugars create layered nuances, the smokiness of the Single Malt sets in, creating a perfect balance. A hint of spice radiates from the hickory and Dominican-style cocoa. Finish: The delicate finish of this Single Malt has notes of Dominican cocoa laced with the tart edge of marmalade.

First produced in Maryland in the 1890s, Pikesville Rye, along with the rest of the once-booming Maryland Rye industry, was shuttered by Prohibition. The brand re-emerged after Prohibition and became the last standing Maryland Rye, as the rest of the industry's production had ceased. The taste is dry and spicy, with honeyed rye and cloves. With a rye content of 95%, well past the 51% required for the category, we’ve recreated the classic American whiskey that ruled our glasses before Prohibition. Aromas and flavours include citrus, toasted oakn a bit of spice and mint.

Our bourbon has a rye content of 21%, giving it a light but distinct hint of spice. Additional aromas and flavours include: caramel, spice, over-ripe banana and cracked black pepper.

Aromas of clove, vanilla, anise and pepper. Subtle notes of candies spices and citrus. The big finish is smooth with hints of licorice.

Initial aging has occurred in sherry, bourbon and Hogshead casks and then finished in Mizunara Oak. Aromas of honey, wisps of chocolate, dry grass and bonfire smoke. On the palate caramel, coffee, gently smoke, seaweed and vanilla. Long finish with notes of salted caramel.

An ode to the great outdoors, Tincup is a blend of two great American whiskeys, "high rye" bourbon is blended with a small amount of Colorado single malt whiskey and cut with rocky mountain water. Aromas of dry winter spices, toasted brioche, with a flavour that is semi-sweet, dry raisin, apples, and cinnamon with a spicy finish. Enjoy on the rocks or in a cocktail.
