Very intense and fruity aromas with notes of forest fruit, combined with spicy notes such as pink peppercorn, bay leaf, rosemary, black truffle, and subtle aromas of roasted coffee bean imparted by ageing in French oak. The palate starts off very delicate, refreshing and juicy with well-balanced acidity. The tannins are refined and velvety.

An intense, violet-red, our Tributo Carmenere shows tremendous intensity on the nose as well. Opens with dark fruit aromas with a touch of spice, followed by characteristic notes of the variety, such as roasted red pepper & black pepper. Very soft & silky tannins unfold on the palate, whose vibrant acidity & tremendous volume suggest good cellaring potential.

A red wine with an intense, violet-ruby colour. The bouquet is fruity with strong plum, cherry, and mulberry notes. The aroma also has a vegetable edge of ripe red pepper, and the flavour is complex, with jams, spinach, and chocolate. Barrel aging lends this wine pleasant smoky and toast notes, bringing out its spices; texture is soft, with rounded tannins and medium body.

Carmin de Peumo is Chile's first icon Carmenere. It originates from block 32 of the Peumo Vineyard in the Cachapoal Valley. Deep, dark red colour with violet nuances. The nose is complex with mineral notes and hints of blackberries and cassis. Full, concentrated wine with a long, drawn-out finish.

Array of earthy ripe-plum and herbal aromas. Juicy red fruit on the palate compliments the soft round tanins. Barrel aged 12 mths.  

It is the most famous variety of Casillero del Diablo. Its 2005 Vintage was awarded by Decanter as the best of the planet. It owns an intense cherry and plum bouquet, with vanilla and toast finishes. Is one of the red varieties with full wine in mouth, elegant and ideal to match beef in pepper sauce.

Dry, medium bodied and packed with dark raspberry and black cherry flavours, with just the right touch of toasty oak character. Elegant and suave with a backbone of bright acidity and light tannins balancing the ripe fruit flavours on the finish. A Carmenere with finesse worthy of your dinner table.

Dark and deep red with violet nuances. Very elegant, complex, great character of pure Carmenere, plumy, red ripe fruit, spicy and black cherries. Great structure, mouth filling, mineral, sweet tannins, graphite, powerful as delicate, with lots of fruit giving a long finish.

This is a delicious and velvety Carmenere that is characteristic of its variety. Red fruit aromas of strawberries and raspberries combine with spicy notes. Juicy and fruity with a nicely balanced acidity.

This non-alcohol red wine is made from the Dornfelder grape, and has aromas and flavours of cherries and berries. Light body with a smooth flavour.

This non-alcohol Riesling has aromas and flavours of floral, citrus, and peach. Fresh and crisp.

Intense red ruby colour and purple highlights. Spicy, with notes of black pepper, paprika, black and red ripe fruit, fringed by rosemary, dill, clove, and cinnamon. Roasted red pepper, figs and a hint of blackberries.

The grapes for our Estate Carmenere were selected from our vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 6 months to achieve round tannins. Deep purplish-red in colour, with an aromatic expression that reflects the varietal balance, offering aromas of nutmeg and red pepper and notes of violets and sweet spices. The palate is intense, with smooth, friendly tannins and pleasing, well-balanced acidity that leads to a pleasingly refreshing finish.

The Carmenere grapes come from vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. Aging occurred in French Oak barrels for 12 months. Deep violet in colour with aromas of black and red fruits, herbs, roasted red bell pepper, rosemary and dill which are all framed by soft notes of chocolate and roasted coffee beans. On the palate are notes of nuts, dark cherries and coffee.

Flavours of dark cherry and berry on the palate, leading the way for a juicy finish.

Fre Chardonnay offers fresh, appealing, peach-like aromas and soft, rich, ripe stone fruit and apple flavours.

Fre Rose has a pale salmon colour, and fresh, distinctive aromas of cherry, strawberries and cranberries. Soft, fruity, berry flavours lead to a crisp, lingering aftertaste.

The Carmenere vine age is +18 years. This wine has been aged 10 months in stainless steel followed by 2 months in French and American oak. Light purple colour with aromas of ripe blueberries and a hint of fine smoke. Slightly spicy but in balance with soft tannins.

Dry to medium low alcohol Cabernet Sauvignon showing a fine balance of acidity and tannin levels combined with fruit flavours from the Cabernet grapes. Fully fermented as a regular Cabernet Sauvignon wine, before the alcohol is removed.

Dry to medium low alcohol Moscato is a fresh aromatic rose wine with a hint of sweetness. The Loxton Moscato has a spritzy, frizzante character. With a touch of spritz on the palate and hints of rose petals with citrus notes makes the Loxton Moscato a great aperitif.

Dry to medium blend of Semillon and Chardonnay displaying excellent balance of fruit and acidity. Fully fermented as a regular wine before the alcohol is removed.

Dry to medium low alcohol sparkling Semillon wine. Tastes almost like a regular Champagne, Champagne cork and Champagne bubbles. An elegant alternative sparkling wine for non-drinking guests.

Cordillera Carmenere has its origin in the famous Terroir of Peumo in the Cachapoal Valley. Intense, ruby colour. On the nose there is a wonderful fruits of the forest, eucalyptus, leather, toasted notes of bay and clove, licorice, and black pepper. Very ample palate with rounded tannins and flavourful with notes of bay leaves and mint.

Crafted from carefully selected grapes, this smooth Carmeneré from Maule Valley illustrates the high quality potential of Chile’s flagship variety. Deep violet in colour, with intense fruit notes, such as blackberry, fresh plum and black cherry. Subtle hints of cloves, black pepper and cedar on the palate.

Black fruit, vanilla and bay leaves on the nose. The palate is very smooth, weighty, with silky, fine-grained tannins and a pleasantly spicy finish.

With a deep and dark garnet red colour, this Carménère presents blackberry and black cherry aromas, complemented by subtle hints of herbs and roasted peppers. The palate has a silky texture with delicate tannins and a delightful dark fruit profile of blueberry and cherry. Spicy notes of cardamom linger in its pleasant finish.

A brilliant ruby red, this wine has pronounced red and black fruit aromas, with smoky, spicy, herbal notes adding complexity. The aromas carry through on the full-bodied palate, with silky fine tannins adding superb structure and balance.

The Carmenere grapes have been grown in the Peumos soils of the Cachapoal Valley. Exuberant deep dark red violet. Intense and complex aromas, some ripe dark berries, blackcurrant, plums, black pepper with hints of sweet spices. Soft tannins with a firm structure. Elegant subtle spices from the maturation in oak barrels are present.

Carmenere with a small amount of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes, all grown in the Maipo Valley. Deep ruby-red colour. The wine shows ripe black berries flavours, Morello cherry, plum, and clove, with light tones of cedar on a layer of spices. Creamy and dark chocolate notes. Smooth and elegant tannins. Very well-balanced. Plenty of flavours. Velvety notes and a long and fruity finish.

Vitrum Cabernet sauvignon has aromas of bright red fruit, black cherry and blackberry framed by spicy notes of black pepper, currants and hints of tobacco and cedar. Bold and full-bodied on the palate with firm fine grained tannins, this structured wines offers lush, black cherry and cassis that carry through to a long and fresh finish. It has an intriguing character that will continue to develop for years to come. Decanting is suggested.

Intense violet in colour with ripe aromas of blackberries and warm spice. Full-bodied and fruit-forward with plum, cherry and a hint of smoke. Smooth tannins and good structure create perfect balance and a powerful finish with notes of vanilla.
