Brilliant, dark deep garnet red with slight violet hue. Aromas of spice, black cherry, black currant, leather, tobacco and pencil shaving. Full bodied, well structured mid-palate filled with ripe tannins.

Very intense ruby colour. On the nose it develops spicy and candied fruit notes as well as honeysuckle. In the mouth it is frank and sweet with the presence of balanced tannins. Shows great volume and persistence.

Gorgeously ripe and expressive, the inviting bouquet shows blackcurrant, spiced plum, cigar, cedar and subtle spice notes. The palate is beautifully weighted and mouth-filling with excellent fruit richness and silky texture, wonderfully framed by fine, chalky tannins. The wine is up front and immediately appealing with plenty of delectable flavours.
