19 Crimes Hard Chardonnay is both bold and strong. This rich, golden Chardonnay sports the aromas of stone fruits and has a sweet textured palate. The toasty oak notes of this wine boast hints of honey and butterscotch mixed with layers of ripe fruit. This fill-bodied wine pairs well with grilled and roasted salmon, halibut, or roasted chicken.

Medium-straw colour with hints of green at the edges. On the nose bright citrus fruit, framed by a distinctly sweet oak character. Round entry on the palate, with stone fruit notes. Toasty sur-lies character married with creamy, caramel oak emerges mid-palate. Firm acidic core keeps the savoury notes from dominating the fruit and offers up a crisp, refreshing finish.

Crafted with full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon aged in Bourbon Barrels, this liberal wine is layered with suggestions of blackberry, black currant and warm spice with notes reminiscent of Bourbon: butterscotch, brown sugar and toasted oak.

Antigal Uno Cabernet is hand harvested from heavily pruned vines in the Uco Valley of Argentina. The gravity fed technology allows for gentle handling protecting the fruits true varietal flavour and well balanced acidity. This wine is a beautiful ruby red with flashes of black. Cherry dominate flavours are underscored with white pepper, tobacco and cocoa. Tannins are robust and rounded allowing a long finish.

This organic Riesling shows great typicity with beautiful aromas of Citrus fruit and lively acidity.

Riesling lends Apothic White its floral nose that is well-complemented by tropical notes from the Chardonnay. Pinot Grigio contributes refreshing flavours of peach and apricot to the palate, leading to crisp, balanced finish that lingers.

Dark garnet in colour, Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon expresses aromas of freshly picked blueberries, ripe black cherries with subtle notes of roasted coffee, cocoa and dried spices. On the palate, the luscious supple tannins are powerful yet modern in style with layered flavours of juicy blackberry and red fruit, while nuances of black pepper, clove and vanilla bean round out the long, smooth finish. It's full - bodied and rich, balanced by fresh acidity and firm, polished tannins.

Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount of Merlot and Petite Sirah. All hand harvested grapes. Full bodied and balanced with an enticing nose of black cherry, blackberry and nuances of vanilla spice. On the palate, rich dark fruits of plum, black currant, cassis and cherry combine with well integrated tannins followed by a pleasant, lingering finish.

Rivaner is one of the traditional grape varieties within the Black Tower family. Pale straw colour; fresh, grapey aromas with citrus and apple notes; medium-dry with floral fruit and balanced acidity.

Ripe fruit aroma of black plum, blackberries and mulberries with hints of cherry cola. Bold yet balanced tasting. French and American oak are utilized to create smooth tannins and impart notes of vanilla and spice in the finish.

Bright citrus and honeydew melon aromas give way to creamy flavours of lush pineapple and juicy cantaloupe. Aging sur lie on French and American oak imparts additional complex integrated notes of coconut, herbal spice and clove.

Made using the classic Rivaner grape, this wine has balance, softness & depth of fruit flavour.
