Crisp yellow plum, Granny Smith apple and green melon flavours are present throughout, and carry on to the finish alongside mouth-watering acidity and crushed-stone minerality.

Scents of white flowers and white peach predominate, with yellow grapefruit and Honeydew melon in the background. Off-dry and medium-bodied, the palate offers juicy pink grapefruit up front, followed by a broad, concentrated middle palate of yellow plum and Mutsu apples.

It is an ideal balance of cool-climate acidity with a fragrant orchard fresh aroma and a delicate peach bouquet. It makes a perfect complement to appetizers, seafood, cheese and light meats"
