Brilliant straw yellow colour, with notes of white flowers on the nose and well balanced acidity thanks to the roundness given by the Chardonnay. Perfect as an aperitif, or with light dishes like salads, fish and white meats. Serve at 8° - 10°C.

The Garganega and Chardonnay grapes were hand harvested. Fermentation and storage was all in stainless steel tanks. Bouquet of flower aromas and light notes of vanilla. Dry, crisp and well balanced with a fruit-forward and creamy palate. Long, pleasant finish.

Fresco Di Bianco is made with Garganega, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio grapes. Can have slight cloudiness, as is typical for non-filtered wines. On the nose, rich aromas of white fruit, particularly pears, and flowery scents. Attractive and surprisingly full bodied on the palate, with a clear and evident fruity character, mainly based on the sweetness and acidity of pineapples. The finish is very fresh and clean.

Pinot Grigio and Verduzzo grapes have been semi dried to create this wine. Strong straw yellow colour and a bouquet with tropical fruit aromas. Fresh and easy on the front palate, becoming weightier and fuller bodied on the mid palate where fruitiness blends with flavours reminiscent of honey and boiled sweets. A dry finish with an attractive citrus twist.

Translucent, pale yellow with faint green reflections. Floral, fresh and inviting on the nose. The palate confirms the freshness of the nose and reveals good acidity and structure to make this wine surprisingly long with a bouquet of peaches, tropical fruit and grapefruit.

Cortese grapes have been manually harvested and the wine spends a minimum of 3 moths in steel tanks. Straw yellow with brilliant green hues with floral and fruity notes and very fine hints of exotic fruits and white peach. Harmonious, elegant with great fragrance and a pleasing roundness.

Blend of Chardonnay, Trebbiano and Grillo, this fresh and crisp wine has an inviting nose with hints of apple and delicate floral notes. Medium bodied with a well balanced acidity and freshness. Great with starters, seafood and shellfish and fresh pasta.

A pale coloured wine with lovely, delicate aromas of lemon and citrus fruits, very fresh in the mouth with a typical almond taste on the finish. Pairs best with starters, main courses such as risotto with shrimps or spaghetti with mussels, and many fish dishes. To be served at 10-12° C.

A blend of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes that have been fermented in glass lined cement tanks and matured on the fine lees. The delicate nose is reminiscent of almond blossoms and marzipan; good depth of fruit on the palate, nicely balanced by a zingy acidity.

Straw yellow in colour; bouquet is fruity and floral with notes of meadow flowers, clover, green apples and greengage plums; palate is refreshing but smooth, thanks to the balance between the wine’s structure, acidity and fruity notes; finish is long and fragrant, reminiscent of citrus blossoms.

The wine, a straw yellow in colour, shows intense and ample aromas of melon, pineapple, and orange flowers. It is lightly sweet in flavour with a balanced acidity which adds to its drinking pleasure.
