This sparkling wine is vinified from the Pinot Noir varietal. It offers all the delicacy of red fruits and flowers with good structure at the mid palate and no tannins.

Marvellously complex and full-bodied, its bouquet is both fresh and lively with light floral notes. On the palate, our Brut Gold has a sumptuous, racy fruit character perfectly integrated with the wine's subtle brioche accents. The champagne's texture is deliciously creamy with great depth paired with a long, silky finish. Our Brut Gold is pressed from a perfectly balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier wine.

Chardonnay brings elegance, finesse, and minerality, Pinot Noir gives us body and structure, and Pinot Meunier brings weight and roundness to the wine. Beau Joie Brut is aged on lees for a minimum of 4 years. When Beau Joie Brut is disgorged, we add a very small amount of dosage to each bottle in order to highlight the fruit characteristics, while preserving lovely acidity and citrus notes.

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were vinified exclusively in barrels. Riddled and disgorged by hand. To the eye gold glints. Initial aromas of cherry and lemon mingle with quince and bergamot are followed by notes of hazelnut and almond, peach and mirabelle plum. On the palate a fine and intense effervescence in balance with delicate acidity. As the wine unfurls, a delicate minerality and the complex flavours of orchard fruit and citrus.

Canard-Duchêne created the exceptional CharlesVII in tribute to the Champagne region’s royal past. This 100% Chardonnay grape champagne is a pale golden colour with aromas of white fruits, pears and a hint of lychee. Creamy and silky mouth feel.

60 Crus (vineyrads) of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir have gone into this blend. A deep golden robe with delicate and vivacious long lasting bubbles. Complex, voluptuous nose with notes of freshly baked brioche and the richness of roasted coffee beans. On the palate, the texture is reminiscent of a crisp layer of nougatine on a velvety cream pastry filled with plump red plums and ripe cherries.

Enjoy aromas of toasted brioche, vanilla and white blossom. The palate is deliciously fresh and creamy.

The luxurious wines of Champagne Devaux are expertly crafted with a balance between character and elegance, combining aromatic complexity with great finesse. The exceptional maturation process marks the Devaux style. The source of several crus allows our winemaker to create this Brut champagne with delicacy and complexity.

On the nose, the bouquet spirals through sweet, bright floral notes and the lively minerality so typical of Dom Pérignon, then notes of candied fruit, plants, the incredible freshness of camphor leaf and finally the dark hints of spices and liquorice root. On the palate, the wine is currently still physical. It is compelling, tactile and vibrant rather than aromatic. The rhythm and tempo are more dominant than the melody. At first mild and delicate, then strongly, confidently mineral, persistent, precise, with a refined bitterness, and an iodine, saline tang.

Complex and consistent. Providing a perfect balance between finesse and power, it draws out flavours of dark chocolate, cinnamon and roasted yellow figs, expressing its subtle, melt-in-the-mouth vinosity.

Mumm Cordon Rouge is the signture cuvee of maison Mumm. This eceptional brut champagne blend is a composition of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes. It has been aged for a minimum of 20 months in Maison Mumm’s cellars. Scents of succulent white and yellow fruits entice, with hints of lychee, pineapple, praline. Appetizing aromas of pastry – yeast, brioche – heighten the anticipation. Vibrant freshness exciteS the palate. Complex and perfectly balanced, the wine reveals rounded, elegant flavors of fruit and caramel.

The palate has a soft, creamy texture, with good depth of fruit and added complexity from yeast autolysis. A delightfully soft, creamy texture, excellent weight and balance, and refreshing natural acidity which lingers in a crisp, dry finish.

The grape varieties used in variable proportions are: Airen Ugnic Blanc, Colombard, Durello and Chardonnay. Pale straw colour, with a fine bubble structure and open floral notes. Medium-dry in style, with soft strawberry aromas and a rich, round mouth-feel. Various red fruit characters and a delicate nutty flavour on the palate.

Oyster Bay Sparkling Cuvée Brut is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes which give the wine elegance, finesse and minerality. We harvest the fruit early and use neutral yeasts to accentuate the Chardonnay varietal character. The lively bubbles in the wine are a result of natural secondary fermentation, which brings to life the delightful and refreshing character.

The elegant Prima Perla Crémant de Limoux from France is a cuvée vinified from the Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Mauzac and Pinot Noir grapes. Wonderful aromas of pomelo, lemon, grapefruit and kumquat, rounded off by other fruity nuances. Lively on the palate with hints of lime and lemongrass.

Peach pink, with a nice effervescence drawing a string of fine persistent bubbles. On the nose, elegant, with aromas of fruit and flowers at the same time. Aromas of honeysuckle blend delicately with notes of peach and apricot from Roussillon. Silky, supported by a delicious effervescence and a beautiful vivacity with flavors of grapefruit and blood orange.

This rose blend is comprised of Pinot Noir(which is domnant), Meunier and chardonnay grapes. An original and juicy wine which simultaneously offers black cherry, blackberry, pink grapefruit and blood orange notes. Warm and spicy notes of Espelette pepper, tea and liquorice.

The Brut Reserve is a blend in equal parts of the three grape varieties: pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay from 30 different crus(vineyards). It displays a beautiful golden straw coloured hue, as well as abundant and fine bubbles. It first delivers aromas of pear and mango and then releases light flavours of honeysuckle and white jasmine, lingering on vanilla and brioche notes. On the palate, flavours of quince jelly and apricot jam mingle with acacia honey.

The Brut Reserve is a blend in equal parts of the three champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay from 30 different crus(vineyards).With a powerful and attractive nose, it first delivers aromas of fruit (pear, mango, candied orange peel, tangerine ...) and then releases light flavours of honeysuckle and white jasmine, lingering on vanilla and brioche notes. On the palate, flavours of cooked fruit (quince jelly, apricot jam) happily mingle with fragrances of beeswax and acacia honey.

Champagne Pol Roger created their Prestige Cuvée in homage to Sir Winston Churchill mindful of the qualities that he sought in his champagne : robustness, a full-bodied character and relative maturity. The exact blend is a closely guarded family secret. Composed exclusively of grapes sourced from Grands Crus Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards which were already under vine during Churchill's lifetime. Pinot Noir predominates, providing structure, breadth and robustness whilst Chardonnay contributes elegance, finesse and subtlety. Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill is only made in the very best vintages and is always released later than the other vintage dated Champagnes from Pol Roger, marking Churchill's appreciation for older wines.

The Blanc de Blancs is exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes. It is produced in limited quantities, and has been aged for 6 years in our cellars before being released onto the market. Pale straw shot through with delicate green. Fruit dominates the nose, a veritable basket of ripe fruit, or candied lemon and grapefruit with a subtle backbone of freshness and minerality. Finesse and purity are this wine’s signature. On the palate a warmer aspect, typical of the vintage, appears: fleshy fruit sits happily alongside notes of vanilla, cinnamon and marshmallow giving a lovely complexity to the whole. The wine is round and mouth filling with great balance.

The blend for this Demi-Sec is Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. Aromas of dry figs and dried almonds are followed by touches of marshmallow and honey, surrounded by hints of lemon, dried orange and spices. This cuvee is designed to be poured over ice.

Pommery Brut Royal is the essence of the Pommery style: liveliness, fresh, finesse. From 40 selected villages in the Champagne region where the liveliness and delicacy of the chardonnay grape is enhanced by the climate. Elegant and lively with mild notes of red fruit. A round, rich, lingering finish.

No fewer than 50 individual wines make up this cuvée. The traditional proportions for Demi Sec are: 40 to 45% Pinot Noir, 30 to 35% Meunier, 20 to 25 % Chardonnay. Demi Sec shows rich praline and hints of toast.

2/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Chardonnay, sourced from the most invaluable vineyards purchased by Madame Clicquot, harvested by hand, pressed and vinified cru by cru, vineyard by vineyard. Aged for a minimum of 8 years in the chalk cellars. A dedicated bottle inspired by those used in the time of Madame Clicquot, sealed to guarantee the authenticity of this precious wine.

The Rich is a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and chardonnay grapes. Citrus and floral notes are found on the palate, which are balanced with the dynamic freshness and creamy finish common to all expressions of Veuve Clicquot.

Vintage Brut 2012 is Veuve Clicquot’s 66th vintage champagne release, it is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes The uniqueness of the Vintage 2012 lies in the addition of 11% of wines aged in large wooden casks (foudres), bringing strength and aromatic intensity. The cask-aged wines act as spices to the blend, bringing very lightly woody, vanilla and toasted aromas.
