Chardonnay brings elegance, finesse, and minerality, Pinot Noir gives us body and structure, and Pinot Meunier brings weight and roundness to the wine. Beau Joie Brut is aged on lees for a minimum of 4 years. When Beau Joie Brut is disgorged, we add a very small amount of dosage to each bottle in order to highlight the fruit characteristics, while preserving lovely acidity and citrus notes.

Brilliant, light golden straw colour. Aromas of pear, green apple, citrus, flower blossom and spice. On the palate; rich and creamy with uplifting acidity and subtle toast from oak.

Carefully crafted with the best Pinot Noir & Chardonnay grapes, and elaborated under the traditional method. It has an elegance and subtle balance between the delicate floral and fresh aromas, in harmony with notes of yeast and toasted bread. The palate is presented with fine and elegant bubbles, complex and balanced acidity.

Wonderful aromas of rose and violet, together with fruity hints of wild raspberries and strawberries, typical of Pinot Noir; terminating in an explosion of juicy notes of peach and Golden apple, the expression of the unmistakable Glera grape variety.

Bright medium salmon colour. Persistent foam, delicate. Aromas of white and red fruits and notes of green apple, cherries, and raspberries, with subtle notes of toasted bread.
