On the palate it is full and tasty, with good structure and rounded, elegant tannins. The finish is long and fresh, with a slight reminder of the fine oak. This wine goes well with ham, mild cheeses, casseroles which are not highly spiced, bean and pulse dishes, poultry, red meat, grills and roasts. Best served at between 16º and 18ºC.

Fresco di Masi Rosso is made with Corvina and Merlot grapes. Pale cherry red in colour. A lively, vibrant and youthful wine, with a distinctive and recognizable cherry note, which is characteristic of Veronese wine.

A really outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon. Highly recommended with red meats, Mongolian beef, pork ribs, spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, pan-roasted veal chops with cabernet sauce, dark chocolate.

This 100% Pinot Grigio has citrus notes and crisp acidity.

With a deep and beautiful violet colour, this wine represents a great combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere and Syrah. The nose presents fresh plum and dark chocolate notes, both very well integrated with spice aromas. Round tannins on the palate and a wonderful background of barrel ageing, ends with a persistent and complex finish.

It has quartz-like texture, nimble vibrant in a mixture where the juice of white fruits such as the green crunchy pear, white peach, and magnolia give was to multiple variations which awaken our senses. An impressive verticality and a creamy liquid, gathered with an acid and decisive refining vigour.

The key to the intense flavours and spicy aromas in this wine are the mature grapes and modern technology which allows for strict temperature control during fermentation: its gentle agitation of the wine extracts more colour and tannin from the skins, and the partial pressure this vessel is under during the time of fermentation allows higher concentration of fruit flavours to remain in the wine. Finally, this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in the barrel room, which stabilizes its red colour and enhances its firm tannic finish. This Cabernet Franc is best served with pasta or red sauce, barbecued foods, roast beef or lamb.
