Grape Varieties in this blend are old vines of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. Intense ruby red in colour with an elegant bouquet of matured cherry, blackberry and spices (ginger in particular). A persistent and warm taste, with a light and pleasant savoury note.

Bottega Gold is a sparkling Prosecco; the Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of the province of Treviso. Bright, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. 60 Crus (vineyrads) of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir have gone into this blend. A deep golden robe with delicate and vivacious long lasting bubbles. Complex, voluptuous nose with notes of freshly baked brioche and the richness of roasted coffee beans. On the palate, the texture is reminiscent of a crisp layer of nougatine on a velvety cream pastry filled with plump red plums and ripe cherries.

Cinzano Prosecco DOC draws a dry and crisp taste from the Glera grape variety. Sun exposure and the characteristics of the soil give this wine its bright straw-yellow colour and intense floral and aromatic full-flavoured bouquet, with hints of apple. Gazela has a very light yellow citrine colour, with a slight fizz that enhances its bouquet, flavours and freshness. Aromatic and engaging, Gazela adds to its citrine and tropical fruit notes a lively and stimulating acidity, very well-balanced by a slight touch of sugar. The end product is a simple, versatile and very attractive wine.

100% Tempranillo shows a deep cherry colour. Complex red fruits on the nose with hints of sweet spices like cinnamon and mint. Touch of chocolate and almond aromas. Medium bodied. Aged for 9 months in a mix of American/French hybrid barrels. Great with red meat and pastas.

Amber, golden tawny. Excellent bouquet with a characteristic “nutty” character and delicious mature fruit with hints of orange peel, exquisitely mellowed by careful ageing. Rich, softly sweet and smooth. Perfectly balanced, with a long and elegant finish. Pairs extremely well with nuts, dried fruits and fruitcake but also with vanilla ice cream or crème brûlée.

The result is a remarkably balanced whole, with a clean finish of medium persistence.

From the foothills of Veneto, the aromatic Glera grapes are blended by our Wine Master with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to create this fresh, lively Prosecco. This crisp, dry sparkling wine has notes of apple and thyme.

This rose blend is comprised of Pinot Noir(which is domnant), Meunier and chardonnay grapes. An original and juicy wine which simultaneously offers black cherry, blackberry, pink grapefruit and blood orange notes. Warm and spicy notes of Espelette pepper, tea and liquorice.

Champagne Pol Roger created their Prestige Cuvée in homage to Sir Winston Churchill mindful of the qualities that he sought in his champagne : robustness, a full-bodied character and relative maturity. The exact blend is a closely guarded family secret. Composed exclusively of grapes sourced from Grands Crus Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards which were already under vine during Churchill's lifetime. Deep red, ruby colour. Wonderfully aromatic, showing typical violet scents, the hallmark of the Touriga Nacional, the wine’s main contributing grape variety. In the mouth, fresh, vibrant plummy fruit, well rounded by the balanced wood integration.

This Reserva shows a concentrated colour with aromas of ripe black fruit and elegant floral notes in perfect harmony with some toasted from the oak. Well balanced in the mouth, with firm and expressive tannins, well supported by the volume and lively acidity. The finish is long and complex and will develop further with more time in bottle.

Ruffino sparkling Prosecco has been produced from Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of Valdobbiadene, a well known region for the production of Prosecco. Fruity and fragrant with clean notes of citrus, pears and apples along with slight hints of hawthorn, wisteria and elder. Fine bubbles caress the palate, while intense flavours of apples and peaches give the wine a pleasing finish.

The wine, a straw yellow in colour, shows intense and ample aromas of melon, pineapple, and orange flowers. It is lightly sweet in flavour with a balanced acidity which adds to its drinking pleasure.
