Each bottle of 1792 Ridgemont Reserve is handcrafted in small batches and aged 8 years in new charred oak barrels. The result is a distinctively smooth pour, equally worthy of rare occasions and everyday enjoyment.

Buttery pastries and brioche develop into aromas of toasted malts and sweet baking spices. The Palate is structured with a full body. Brioche quickly transitions into grassy notes. A slight woodiness balanced perfectly with vanilla and nutmeg. Refined and well-rounded. The finish is sophisticated and subtle. The soft spices and nutty malts balance beautifully leading to slightly sweet notes from the extra old cognac casks.

This sparkling wine is vinified from the Pinot Noir varietal. It offers all the delicacy of red fruits and flowers with good structure at the mid palate and no tannins.

Fresh with high fruit expression and spicy pepper notes. It is very intense, well structured with a long finish. Very easy to drink due to its soft, gentle and round tannins. Ideal with light meats such as poultry, and is also delicious with tomato-based pasta sauces and hard cheeses.

This expression has spent up to 18 months finishing in Caribbean rum casks. The mingling of raw, spicy and earthy rye with the mellow sweetness of rum finishing creates an incomparably smooth whiskey. Aromas of citrus, caramel candy, maple sugar, vanilla, oak, hazelnut, spice and sherry wood. On the palate: sweet rum, sherry wood, and soft oak. A sweet/dry finish.

Gold colour with amber hues. Notes of toasted nuts with smokey undertones, spices and ripe fruit. The finish is clean, smooth and long.

Ripe berry flavours with notes of white chocolate, black olives and white pepper provide plenty of mouth filling satisfaction. Tannins are robust and smooth adding roundness and complex elegance to the lingering finish.

Antigal Uno Cabernet is hand harvested from heavily pruned vines in the Uco Valley of Argentina. The gravity fed technology allows for gentle handling protecting the fruits true varietal flavour and well balanced acidity. This wine is a beautiful ruby red with flashes of black. Cherry dominate flavours are underscored with white pepper, tobacco and cocoa. Tannins are robust and rounded allowing a long finish.

Uno Malbec shows the optimally ripe grapes of Antigal's high-lying Uco Valley vineyards. Intense red in colour, this wine is made in a new style of Malbec that substitutes multi-layered elegance for powerhouse intensity. The wine shows mouth-filling black and red fruit on the palate. Cedar, chocolate and vanilla spice notes are supported by smooth firm tannins.

This violet - red coloured wine offers flavours of plum, blackberry, vanilla and milk chocolate. This wine possesses great balance and supple tannins.

Marvellously complex and full-bodied, its bouquet is both fresh and lively with light floral notes. On the palate, our Brut Gold has a sumptuous, racy fruit character perfectly integrated with the wine's subtle brioche accents. The champagne's texture is deliciously creamy with great depth paired with a long, silky finish. Our Brut Gold is pressed from a perfectly balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier wine.

The colour is coppery amber and the nose offers heady spice aromas of nutmeg, cardamom, and vanilla, rounded out with caramel and citrus notes. On the palate the taste is warm and buttery with butterscotch notes and has a long, smooth cognac finish.

Our Merlot Les Jamelles is a very complex, rich, long and fat wine. With its dark colour, it displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, black currants, and cherries), jam and cooked fruits as well as smoky scents (peat) and spicy perfumes (cinnamon, thyme). This wine is round, rich and long-lasting on the palate with mature tannins on the finish. It is a well-balanced easy-drinking wine.

On the palate, this wine is complex, rich, long and fat. It displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries) and jam. The tannins are plump and well-integrated. Unlike many Pinot Noirs grown in the Pays d'Oc, this wine is not dominated by heaviness or an excessive over-ripeness.

Copper in colour, this bourbon has a deeply mellow, richly flavourful, medium-bodied taste with a delicious caramel aroma full of fruit and vanilla.

Pale pink with lychee highlights. The succulent nose expresses intense grapefruit and red berry fruit aromas. On the palate, the attack is forthright and highly expressive, marked by the grapefruit notes found on the nose. Fresh, red berry fruit flavours then emerge on the close-knit, refined mid-palate, lingering on the fresh and elegant finish.

Basil Hayden's is a singular bourbon that bridges the flavour of rye whiskies and small batch bourbons together. Basil Hayden's impresses with notes of pepper balanced by slight citrus overtones, and a spicy, warming finish. Aged eight years at a smooth 80-proof, this bourbon has a broad appeal and is equally enjoyable alone or in cocktails.

Toasted brown with amber hues. Notes of dried fruit, cherry, vanilla and toasted oak lead to sweet ambrosia and charred oak on the palate.

Basil Hayden toast is dark amber in colour with aromas and flavours of toasted oak that are complemented by dried fruit and caramelized sugar.

This expression was created from a mash that by law had to be no lower than 51% rye; following distillation it was aged in new charred oak barrels for 10 years. The result is aromas of sweet vanilla, oak and a touch of light fruit are followed by the taste is of spice, oak, hints of caramel, tobacco and warm cinnamon.

Deep, rich amber colour with ruby undertones. Oaky aroma is balanced with dark berries and molasses. On the palate a blend of caramel, dried fruit, and oak with back notes of spice and a rounded mouthfeel. Lingering dried fruit with a hint of sweetness and rye spice at the finish

Chardonnay brings elegance, finesse, and minerality, Pinot Noir gives us body and structure, and Pinot Meunier brings weight and roundness to the wine. Beau Joie Brut is aged on lees for a minimum of 4 years. When Beau Joie Brut is disgorged, we add a very small amount of dosage to each bottle in order to highlight the fruit characteristics, while preserving lovely acidity and citrus notes.

Only 50,000 bottles produced of this wine that has been aged 12 months in French Oak. Deep and pure with chocolate and pure berry flavours, thick, balanced with a deliciousness that carries onto the finish.

Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey uses a unique Solera System aging process to preserve some of the distillery’s oldest whiskey stocks. Aged in new charred American white oak barrels, this bourbon has a subtle aroma of fresh fruit and a taste that includes hints of dried apricot, ripe pear and a sweet roasted grain. The finish has notes of charred oak and warm winter spices.

Full - flavoured wine with intense fruity character along with subtle mineral notes.

Deep red colour with violet hues. Aromas of ripe red fruits, cassis and pepper. Sweet on the palate with friendly tannins and spicy flavours. Very good persistence.

Ruby red colour with remarkable intensity. Excellent aromatic complexity with notes of ripe fruit and a fine touch of smoke and coffee. Rich on the palate with excellent concentration.

Flavour profile is intense and fresh with notes of pear and lime with hints of melon and green tea. The palate is round and smooth with a fruity finish.

This wine has an intense purple red color. On the nose, there are notes of red fruits such as plums and blackberries with more freshness than in other years, and the aromas are balanced with notes of coffee and vanilla from the wood. This batch is made up of barrels from four production dates that were aged in four different warehouses. Amber in colour with aromas of oak, toasted nuts and vanilla. Balanced on the palate with a slight warmth.

Brewed by infusion with strong and hearty Flemish hops, then fermented using top yeasts, 3 Monts is perfectly balanced between malt aroma, fruity flavours and bitterness. The head is generous, dense and long-lasting.

The unique label shows the 1953 tractor, the first wheeled tractor used at the Château de la Gardine which worked hundreds of hours with Maxime Brunel on board.
