Bumbu is a delicious hand-crafted premium rum from Barbados, using only the finest sugarcane as well as all-natural native spices and no artificial colours or flavours. It is aged up to 15 years in grade-A, once used Kentucky bourbon barrels.

On the nose you'll find a pleasant molasses aroma coupled with some fruit-think ripe cherries and apples. Some oak notes are also found, but in more of a supporting role. The rum is rather elegant on the palate and is neither drying or oily. It's modestly sweet and has a nice tang to it which helps to balance the flavours. The finish also shows more influence of the oak offering up a bittersweet finish.
