On the nose you'll find a pleasant molasses aroma coupled with some fruit-think ripe cherries and apples. Some oak notes are also found, but in more of a supporting role. The rum is rather elegant on the palate and is neither drying or oily. It's modestly sweet and has a nice tang to it which helps to balance the flavours. The finish also shows more influence of the oak offering up a bittersweet finish.

7 years of aging achieved a mahogany colour, aromas of honey and caramel and flavours of banana, caramel and a hint of wood smoke.

The reserve No 5 has aromas of caramel, burnt sugar, vanilla and orange zest. On the palate balanced flavours of tropical fruit, toasted nuts, spice, oak and vanilla.

Crafted from a blend of intense & aromatic rums and finished in deeply charred bourbon casks. The taste is bold and aromatic with notes of gingerbread, lychee and toffee with a long finish.

Golden amber in colour, floral and fruity notes of apricot and banana, with hints of vanilla and a subtle smokiness imparted by the Kentucky oak barrels in which the rum is patiently aged.

This Barbados rum has been aged in Bourbon barrels before shipping to France for secondary maturation in Cognac casks from the Ferrand House. The result is a well balanced rum with a long finish, with a palate of chocolate, banana, coconut and mango.

A very fine blend of Barbados rums, aged for five years in bourbon casks in the Caribbean then refined in old French oak casks at Château de Bonbonnet. Its succulent nose, typical of the Barbados style, reveals notes of toasted coconut, fudge and oaky vanilla.

Crafty Radler includes a mix of house-made Blood Orange and Peach craft soda. It exhibits a natural cloudy pale orange colour. This mixture gives off a refreshing smell of ripe, freshly sliced peaches with sweet notes of fresh picked oranges. There is also a slight lingering aroma of Willamette hops that create the base of this blend. The orange flavour dances with the sweetness of peaches, while the malt and hops give a balanced foundation.

Our Crafty Radler includes a mix of ale and grapefruit and tangerine soda; It exhibits a natural cloudy pink colour.  Refreshing aromas of ripe, freshly sliced grapefruit, ripe tangerine and a hint of Willamette hops. The flavour dances with the sweetness of tangerines, while the malt and hops give a balanced foundation.

Grapefruit & Tangerine - possessing a natural cloudy pale pink colour. Aromatic with notes of ripe, freshly sliced grapefruit and sweetness of freshly picked tangerines. Blood Orange & Peach - hint of fresh peaches and the sweet notes of freshly cut oranges. Lemon & Lime - very refreshing with hints of lemon and lime. Tart Cherry & Blueberry - a slight hint of sour cherries on the front end and a subtle flavour of blueberry in the finish.
