Ice-wine & Brandy is half as sweet as traditional Ice-wine, this dessert wine is a delicate blend of Vidal Ice-wine & seven year, barrel aged brandy. It is smooth on the palate with intense tropical fruit notes of the Ice-wine, complemented by warmth of the brandy in the finish.

Las Lamas comes from 3 plots, between 60 and 100 years, situated on the same estate. The vines grow on steep slopes and on slate soils, cultivated following the principles of Biodynamic agriculture. The winemaking process is carried out in large wooden vats, without large extractions and treading the grapes with a press, allowing them to ferment with native yeasts. The wine is then decanted into French oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and is then aged.

The Reserve Merlot opens with an intense, deep nose filled with aromas of plum, blackberry, anise and mocha. The fine grained, dusty tannins support the rich fruit, and the finish is filled with notes of espresso, cocoa and licorice. The Reserve Merlot has been aged in American and French oak for 12 months.

Rich fruity and woody, the 2017 Summit (the blend includes: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Malbec) delivers a nose-full of black and blue fruit accented by toasted coconut and coffee bean oak influence, still youthful and not yet firing on all cylinders. Temperature-controlled fermentation, aged in 12 months in French and Slavonian oak barrels, then a further 3 months in Nevers oak vats. Colour is dark cherry -red, deep, yet bright. El Buen Alfarero translates as "the good potter", this artisanal wine is unique and no two bottle are exactly alike as they are dressed by hand. This blend of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Albillo has been aged for 7 months in earthenware jars called "tinajas", just as it would have been over 100 years ago. It is bright, dark-hued purple-red with intense bluish notes. the nose is bold with outstanding red fruits. In the mouth it is elegant, fresh, and tasty with mineral notes combined with red and dark fruit. Round velvety tannins lead to a soft subtle finish.

Álvaro Palacios Quiñon de Valmira 2015 is a pale garnet colour with gloriously floral aromas. Equally seductive palate superbly ripe with a lift of orange peel and grain of dark chocolate. Very refined; Pinot-like. A great beginning; a vineyard to watch.
