Straw yellow colour with mousse of medium bubbles; apple, toast and citrus aromas; dry, green apple and clean citrus finish

Deep ruby red colour with hints of purple. Ripe blackberry and plum aromas with coffee, cedar and smoky notes. Dry and full bodied with black cherry flavour. Well balanced with a long smoky finish.

Rich apricots and honey on the nose with a lingering aroma of fresh peaches. On the palate more complex flavours of honey, ripe tropical fruits, and lychee are present with a well balanced sweetness. Soft citrus notes are peeking through and complement the balanced acidity in the wine. Serve chilled to approximately 12°C. Food pairings: Pair this Vidal icewine with rich flavours such as blue cheese, dark chocolate, foie gras, fresh fruits or vanilla ice-cream. This wine may also be served on it’s own as dessert.

The Reserve Merlot opens with an intense, deep nose filled with aromas of plum, blackberry, anise and mocha. The palate is lush and rich revealing similar flavours along with subtle hints of dried tobacco, sage and earth. The fine grained, dusty tannins support the rich fruit, and the finish is filled with notes of espresso, cocoa and licorice. The Reserve Merlot has been aged in American and French oak for 12 months.

Very fine bubbles spiral upwards, through this brilliant yellow straw coloured wine. The bouquet of apricot, yeast and ripe apple, with hints of honey, are followed by tropical fruits on the palate and a refreshing pink grapefruit finish.

The palate is rich and complex with sweet floral, honey and hazelnut underpinned with rich tropical fruits and biscuity, sizzled butter notes. The oak is cleverly implanted giving a seamless, silky smooth quality to this well balanced Chardonnay.

The aromatic profile is a symphony of black fruited splendor, including black cherry, cassis, black berry, and blueberry pie complexed by notes of vanilla, violets, apricot, and baking spices. On the palate, the wine is plush, silky and sumptuous, with fruit-driven intensity and tremendous length of flavour woven through a matrix of abundant tannins in a medium to full bodied frame.

Deep purple black colour with an intriguing bouquet of toasty oak, sweet baking spice, vanilla extract, black currant, blue plum and smoked herbs. This medium to full-bodied Red has good structure and mouth-feel, moderate to firm tannins, balancing acidity, and rich, ripe fruit-forward flavours of black currant, black cherry and blackberry, accented by sweet spice, oak, dark chocolate and anise.

Aromas of black currants, red cherries, and sweet plums are joined on the palate with hints of mint, flint and a touch of chocolate. The mid-weight texture leads to a light tannin grip on a fresh, dry finish. Enjoy now with red meats such as a mixed grill with barbeque sauce.
