In the aroma, notes of floral, layered with oak and spice. Very flavourful, with hints of stone fruit followed by toffee and having a noticeable peppery finish.

This whisky is aged for 18 years in barrel, including 10 months in Brandy Casks. Very aromatic with notes of caramel, blueberry compote, raisins, dates and figs. On the palate caramel, corn syrup and blueberry compote; well grilled flapjacks, crispy bacon and butter syrup. The finish is rich and long, spicy and toasty.

We choose rare Japanese malt whiskies, finest malt whiskies from the rest of the world and fuse this unique blend with the highest quality pure spring water from Japan. Perfectly balanced with heather honey, sweet caramel, Japanese plum, balanced oak, peat and toffee with hints of sandalwood and green tea. Non chill-filtered.

This whisky is distilled from premium rice and is aged in white oak virgin casks. Aromas of sweet butter, caramel and spice lead way to flavours of sweet butter, toasted wood, licorice, clove and cinnamon with a long finish.

Sadashi is a Japanese whiskey with a golden colour. The nose has a woody scent with hints of vanilla and flowers. On the palate, the fresh wooden barrel dominates with a hint of nectar, pure malt, a little citrus, oak notes, Mizunara, coffee beans. Aging occurs in in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, and then delicately finished in Mizunara oak casks. Mizunara is one of the rarest and most expensive types of oak in the world, and gives a delicate touch of spicy flavour and sandalwood to this remarkable spirit.

Initial aging has occurred in sherry, bourbon and Hogshead casks and then finished in Mizunara Oak. Aromas of honey, wisps of chocolate, dry grass and bonfire smoke. On the palate caramel, coffee, gently smoke, seaweed and vanilla. Long finish with notes of salted caramel.

Tenjaku is aged in heavily seasoned Kentucky bourbon barrels resulting in a rich, full bodied malt flavor, with a grain taste that is toned down but freely allowed to express its individual characteristics. This exquisite balance forms a clean, timeless blend of 3yr, 5yr & 6yr whisky.

A deep amber bronze coloured whisky. At first swirl of the glass, look for top notes of toffee, spice and grain with a touch of maple sap and sweet smoke. After adding a touch of water, added notes of orange peel, ginger, almond, cinnamon, star anise, vanilla, and tree fruit develop. The mouth-feel is smooth, rich and full, with deep notes of baked cherry, raisin, dried spice, nut and licorice root. The finish is long and lingering with a smooth texture, and flavours of spicy clove, nut and grain.
