Coruba Original is a dark rum, heavily aged in charred oak barrels with caramel added for colour and flavour. It’s full-bodied with robust flavours and hints of spices. Coruba Original Blend is full-flavoured with a smooth mellow finish accompanied with the aromas and flavours of molasses, cocoa and caramel.

On the nose and palate, there are concentrated orange and yellow stone fruits, as well as notes of spice and zesty citrus.  The palate is full, textured and you are left with a lingering aftertaste.  It is an elegant wine with lingering nuances of honeysuckle and frangipani.

Plum Gekkeikan is made with the choicest plums from the world-renowned orchard in Wakayama in central Japan. Tender and succulent, the plums are carefully hand-picked at the moment of perfect ripeness. In an aged-old tradition, they are fermented and then aged to ensure a rich, smooth flavour. Rich in mineral, citric acid and polyphenol. Elegant and authentic; a perfect reflection of the fruit.

Made with 100% Japanese Yuzu, there are no artifical flavours added. The whole fruit brings complex and yet perfect balance with bitter and rich flavours coming from the Yuzu peel.

The vines are grown on low-vigour, stony, clay-rich soil, in a cool maritime mesoclimate. The naturally tiny yields of under 30 hl/ha and philosophy of expressing the terroir in the wines- give rise to a certain tightness, tannin line and elevated length to balance the richness and generosity of this Pinot Noir. Wonderfully high natural acidity and dense, complex, concentrated fruit flavours. Soft, “sweet” and generally shows hints of that alluring savoury “primal” character along with a dark, spicy, complex primary fruit perfume. Like 2009, another excellent vintage.

Havana Club 3 Años is the result of blending aged and aromatic sugarcane aguardientes with extra light sugarcane distillates. This batch of rums is then allowed to rest in white oak barrels after which the Maestro Ronero chooses the best barrels and blends the final three-year-old rum, which is again set to rest, then filtered and bottled. Light straw in appearance with aromas of vanilla, caramelized pears, banana and hints of smoked oak. Pleasant palate, with smoky, vanilla and chocolate notes.

Havana Club Anejo 7 embodies Cuban rum-making excellence and is recognized as one of the best aged rums in the world. On the nose intermingled notes of toffee, honeycomb and coffee, a little spice and dried peels with notes of orchard fruits and biscuits, while the palate shows notes of cigar box, cedar wood, guava and banana leaf.

Some aging occurs in used Islay whiskey casks. Notes of dried fruit and a delicate smokiness on the nose; on the palate intense smoky flavour with a gentle sweetness and cocoa/dark chocolate flavours, followed by a lingering dry spiciness.

Havana Club Seleccion de Maestros is distinguished by a warm amber hue and a deep red glow. On the nose, toasted pecan and spice showcase the wood ageing. On the palate, a round mouth feel leads to a complex, flavorful, full-bodied palate of cocoa, coffee, sweet tobacco and brown spices. A pleasant smoky oak and spice finish combined with candied fruits give the rum tasting experience a remarkable balance.

The pink and red dots of this Junmai Ginjo represent the two kinds of yeast used to make this sake. The silver color symbolizes the merger into a delicious brew. Floral aromas, peach and melon on palate, frizzante texture, lingering melon in the finish.

We choose rare Japanese malt whiskies, finest malt whiskies from the rest of the world and fuse this unique blend with the highest quality pure spring water from Japan. Perfectly balanced with heather honey, sweet caramel, Japanese plum, balanced oak, peat and toffee with hints of sandalwood and green tea. Non chill-filtered.

Golden hued, with melon and spicy baked apple aromas and layered, with mineral notes enhanced by honeycomb and caramel flavours from lees contact. This wine is a great example of the harmonious balance which can be achieved between fruit and delicate oak/vanilla flavours.

A touch of vanilla bean and cantaloupe edge through, too. The palate has an intensity befitting the nose - simultaneously salivating with salinity and freshness, lively & electric. The wine has a texture that reflects the unique Klein Constantia terroir and the finish is particularly long.

The Cabernet Sauvignon offers dark plum flavour. The Shiraz contributes savoury characters and velvety tannins. The Sangiovese offers light fruit and floral elements. This is a rich wine with great depth of flavour.
