This single malt is expertly crafted in the crisp Canadian coldness at the Valleyfield distillery in Quebec. Hints of creamy vanilla and a smooth cinnamon spice finish.

clean, light raspberry & juniper, On the nose. Quite smooth, off dry, with warming & pronounced raspberry & juniper, On the palate. In balance, with lighter cardamom & black pepper notes. The medium finish has some complexity, with an aftertaste of juniper & raspberry. Overall, this is a pleasant, flavoured gin with a relatively simple, balanced flavour profile.

7 years of aging achieved a mahogany colour, aromas of honey and caramel and flavours of banana, caramel and a hint of wood smoke.
