It all started back in 1780 when John Jameson created his triple-distilled, smooth Irish whiskey and John knew a thing or three about making great-tasting whiskey. That’s why, today, we continue his tradition and make sure that Jameson Irish whiskey is always as perfect as the day John Jameson released his first cask from his single distillery triple distilled, twice as smooth and perfectly balanced.

This Five Oak Cask Release is matured in a combination of three different types of virgin oak (Irish, European and American), in addition to ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The finished result is a whiskey that is equal parts complex and smooth.

A stunning wine, with notes of unsmoked cigar tobacco, licorice and blackcurrants. This opaque purple-coloured wine has a full-body, showing toasty notes intermixed with blackberry and cassis.

Intense deep red cherry colour. Powerful in nose, clean and complex. Very attractive fruity aromas, touches of ripe fruit and reminds of new wood. Well-balanced, soft tannins and very long finish.

This white wine is made from Moscato/Muscat grapes. Light, green-tinged gold in colour. Aromas of fresh melon, peach and kiwi are complemented by jasmine and white pepper. Lots of juicy, refreshing fruit and comes off almost weightless on the long, intensely spicy finish.

Knappogue Castle 12 YO is an exceptional single malt made exclusively from malted barley. Triple distilled one batch at a time in traditional, onion-shaped copper pot stills, the whiskey is then aged in bourbon oak casks for twelve years. Aromas of biscuit and peppery spice. Well balanced flavours of fruit and mild spice. Smooth finish.

In the mouth it displays a mature tenacity in balance with the acidity. Likeable, with just the right harmonious vivacity from start to finish. Cedar, tobacco and spice hints frame dried cherry, berry and vanilla notes in this silky red. The flavours mingle nicely, framed by juicy acidity and light but firm tannins. The wine has a lovely weightless intensity. A fine example of the traditional style.

Las Lamas comes from 3 plots, between 60 and 100 years, situated on the same estate. The vines grow on steep slopes and on slate soils, cultivated following the principles of Biodynamic agriculture. The winemaking process is carried out in large wooden vats, without large extractions and treading the grapes with a press, allowing them to ferment with native yeasts. The wine is then decanted into French oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and is then aged.

Garnacha Tintorera is known for its deep colour and here it coats the glass and imparts aromas of brooding black fruits, licorice, expresso and pepper. Dense, savoury and rich.

Vibrant deep violet colour, smooth and rich on the palate, full on taste, soft tannins, fresh black fruits and spice cocktail. A well balanced wine with velvety texture, depth and long after taste.

This sparkling wines blend consists of Macabeo 30%, Xarel-lo 40% and Parellada 30%. Attractive pale gold colour, Fine and constant bubbles, and clean aroma which is dominated by the primary aromas of the fruit. Lingering acidity with hints of white fruits.

The stemmed grapes are crushed softly by a light maceration before going to press. Only free-run juice was used. This attractive wine was powered by the wish to produce a subtle fruity, floral and dry Rose.

This stout has a deep black colour with reddish hue and pours with a thick creamy head. Rich and complex coffee aroma with light liquorice notes, the Fuggles hops leads to a tart bitterness which mingles with the roast espresso flavours on the tongue.

Aromatically a complex interplay of nutty maltiness, woodland fragrances and spice, with hints of honey and vanilla. It has quartz-like texture, nimble vibrant in a mixture where the juice of white fruits such as the green crunchy pear, white peach, and magnolia give was to multiple variations which awaken our senses. Three Swallow is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, then triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills. Matured in mainly 2nd and 3rd fill American oak casks. Pot Still spice combines with crisp barley character. Delicate herbs give way to green banana and grapefruit while a nutty note of marzipan reflects the wood contribution of specially selected casks. An initial taste delivers smooth mouth-coating barley followed by an eruption of green apple and citrus notes. Herbs and spicy flavours are complemented by a touch of cedar wood for extra complexity.

100% Tempranillo named after the winery’s founder, from perhaps the most carefully-tended Pradorey single vineyard, currently being converted to organic status. Temperature-controlled fermentation, aged in 12 months in French and Slavonian oak barrels, then a further 3 months in Nevers oak vats. Colour is dark cherry -red, deep, yet bright. El Buen Alfarero translates as "the good potter", this artisanal wine is unique and no two bottle are exactly alike as they are dressed by hand. This blend of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Albillo has been aged for 7 months in earthenware jars called "tinajas", just as it would have been over 100 years ago. It is bright, dark-hued purple-red with intense bluish notes. the nose is bold with outstanding red fruits.
