Founders Keifer Sutherland, Gary Briggs, Shawn Hiscott and Rob Steele have created a masterful collaboration of rhythm and taste. A clean nose aroma with caramel, toasted cereal and a wisp of rye spice. In the palate you’ll taste a complex smooth caramel, toasted grain, enhanced by a nice roasted oak with a hint of spicy note at the end.

Blend of 50% Macabeo, 35% Parellada, 15% Xarel-lo with minimum 15 months bottle ageing. Fruitiness, freshness and complexity are the principal defining characteristics of this Cava. Elegant, persistent mousse, aromas of white fruits.

This Euro-Style Pilsner is golden in colour. It has a sweet malt balance with a refreshing bitterness from the Saaz hops.

The barrel aged Chardonnay follows the guiding philosophy, oak should be to wine as seasoning is to food. Enough to add interest and complexity but not so much that it overwhelms.

A precise seven-barrel blend yields intriguing citrus, green apple and pineapple with butter, honey, lavender and vanilla nuances. The palate has nice weight, yet balanced by lovely cool-climate acidity and seamless oak integration. Yeasty, bready, toasty flavours are felt onto a long, warm finish.

Grilled herb and red pepper aromas mingle with berry fruit on the nose. The palate offers tasty flavours of ripe berry, cherry and plum, the roasted red pepper replaying with a dash of black pepper. Lifted aromatics pairing nuances of citrus fruit such as lime zest and white grapefruit with subtle mineral that only bench fruit can create. Citrus and minerality reappear on the palate joined by Granny Smith apple, white peach and honey. Zippy and mouth-watering.

Dark topaz-coloured, with fine old gold tints. The bouquet is intense with warm hints of spices (cinnamon, vanilla). On the palate it is round and rich in tannins, developing towards a lush and lingering aftertaste, in which the aromatic overtones of the oak are revealed.

Intense, elegant and nuanced aroma. A predominance of toasted, smoky notes enveloped in aromas of cedar. Vanilla, cinnamon, dried fruit and nuts with spiced undertones of oak. Intense blackberry colour. Spicy and intense nose, with liquorice and black pepper hints on a base of well ripened fruits (blackberry and cherry). On the palate, very fruity at first with ripened tannins, also persistent and full bodied.

Pale gold in colour and aromatically very intense. Elegant herbaceous notes of fennel with interesting citrusy lemon and pineapple notes. The wine is crisp and unfolds pleasantly across the palate, revealing mango and peach notes.

The rich, sensual aroma is typical of the grape varieties recalling small red and black berries such as cherries and blackcurrants, green coffee beans, liquorice and the characteristic vanilla and leather notes from ageing. On the palate the wine is full and silky with dense, well-structured tannins.

Jaime I is deep, rich and dark amber in colour. It displays a concentrated complex bouquet, with marked overtones of coconut, dried fruits and spices, typical of lengthy ageing. Round and lush, it has the smoothness that characterizes great brandies. Jaime I is complex, majestic, with a lingering finish that leaves a velvety imprint on the palate.

Dark in hue and almost opaque. It is fragrant and mineral on the nose; while on the palate it is luxurious and oily, but also silky and with a long finish. This darkly coloured wine is reminiscent of jam and liquorish, over a smooth spicy and toasted background, which comes from The French oak barrels.

This medium to full-bodied Red has good structure and mouth-feel, moderate to firm tannins, balancing acidity, and rich, ripe fruit-forward flavours of black currant, black cherry and blackberry, accented by sweet spice, oak, dark chocolate and anise.

A rich, luscious wine with perfectly sweet explosions of marmalade, guava and quince to excite the palate. Lemon drops, honey and candied citrus peel flavours linger exquisitely on the finish.

A blend of 41.9% Merlot, 35.2% Cabernet Franc and 18.7% Cabernet Sauvignon, with just a touch of Zweigelt and Dornfelder.
