A vintage that we rank among the very best. The Clinet 2020 reveals a very dark red colour. It expresses a remarkable aromatic richness, a veritable panoply of ripe fruit, flowers and spices. The texture is dense, velvety, magmatic, with deep intensity.

It boasts an inky/black/purple colour along with an extraordinary bouquet of white flowers interwoven with blackberry and blueberry liqueur, incense, charcoal and graphite. The wine hits the palate with extraordinary purity, balance and intensity as well as perfect equilibrium, and a seamless integration of tannin, acidity, wood and alcohol.

The varietal mix for this vintage is 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. Aromas of red fruits, roasted coffee and marzipan. Flavour of cherry, vanilla, licorice and chocolate.

68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot. Garnet colour with purple reflections. The nose reveals hints of fresh, juicy fruits. When aired, notes of blueberry combined with pepper, licorice and vanilla are revealed. The attack, dense and fleshy, lingers in the mid - palate, leaving an impression of harmonious sweetness. The initial fresh fruitiness continues into a long and persistent finish.

This Pauillac blend is comprised of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Petit Verdot. The wine is a deep, garnet-hued red. The nose exudes intense black fruit aromas enhanced by notes of vanilla, pepper and mild spice. From a structured and sappy attack, the mid-palate reveals a creamy, satin-smooth body on black fruit and chocolate flavours. Perfectly integrated, smooth and well-rounded tannins linger on a pleasant touch of fruit. Floral and liquorice notes usher in a long and elegant finish.

This Margaux blend is comprised of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot. Aging has occurred in French oak (30% new). Aromas & flavours are of fresh, light & perfumed red-fruits, principally redcurrant with a little cassis. Elegant and delicate wine.

Our blending took place on January 6 with Eric Boissenot and the Château team: this vintage is a real revelation! This Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot blend has aromatics ripe fruits and liquorice. Rounded, fresh and well structured palate, and well integrated oak on the finish.

The current blend is 85% Merlot, with 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich, round and plush with a deep purple colour. Noticeable fruit notes consisting of dark plum and dark berry. Possessing an elegant and long drawn - out finish.

This Saint-Emilion blend is comprised of 70% Merlot, 21% Cabernet Franc and 9% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging has taken place for 12 months in French oak. Inky dark in colour with aromas of dark fruit, graphite, oak, lavender, plum and blueberry jam. On the palate black fruit preserves in balance with slight earth notes.

The 2020 Faugeres from Saint Emilion has a deep garnet-purple colour. It requires some patient swirling to unlock scents of tar, forest floor, wet slate, and garrigue, before opening out to a fragrant core of baked plums and boysenberry preserves, with a waft of Indian spices. The full-bodied palate is ripe, concentrated, and fantastically bright, with unbelievable tension and freshness lifting the concentrated flavours, to a very long velvety finish.

Salmon coloured highlights. Fruit, with a slight spice and hint of pepper. Fresh, with a delicate acidity, revealing flavours of strawberry, tangerine and peach, with almond notes.

This Saint-Julien blend is comprised of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Petit Verdot. This release has spent 14 months in casks. Ruby, purple in colour with arms of cassis, dark fruits, tobacco, cedar, and florals.

This Saint-Julien blend is comprised of 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petit Verdot. Aging has occurred in French oak (80% new, rest 1-2 years old) for 18-24 months. Aromas include earthiness, mint, notes of tobacco leaf, cedar, currents and blackberry. Dusty tannins in balance with cassis and cranberry notes.

This shows a complex perfume of ripe, black fruit, tar, herbs, cassis and smoke. In the mouth, the wine is plush, rich, opulent and full bodied. This elegant wine ends with a rich mouthful of sweet, spicy, ripe, juicy dark plums, cassis and dark berries.

This 100% merlot has a lifted piquant nose of blackcurrant, fresh mint, graphite and fresh cedar. A smoky, textured wine; soft and fleshy, it is an example of modernity.

2011 is a great tribute to the Haut-Bailly terroir, expressed fully through the characteristics of this vintage. A classic nose of soft fresh fruits supported by a strong yet fine tannic structure; this is a wine of real precision, stamped with the seal of Haut-Bailly.

Ruby red in colour with notes of strawberry and cherry, with toasty notes. Smooth and round with soft tannins.

A bewitching wine, from beginning to end of the tasting experience! The colour is very deep and the nose is intense, with plenty of character. This rich and utterly delicious wine spreads out beautifully on the palate. The tannin is smooth and sweet. 2009 La Mission Haut-Brion inevitably reminds tasters of one of this estate's finest successes: the 2000 vintage. The concentration, class, and balance between power and freshness are the hallmarks of both 2000 and 2009. However, 2009 has greater concentration, as well as another dimension and even stronger sensations. 2009 Château La Mission Haut-Brion is already mythical.

Coming from clay, soils, the Chateau La Ribaud is a solid, attractive 2018 that has medium- bodied notes of cassis, currants, tobacco, and earth. Medium bodied with moderate tannins, and a charming, nicely balanced style.

It is mouthcoating, full bodied and jammy and the bouquet is beautifully thick and complex with black berries, mocha and gravel.

78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot. Deep red colour with purple highlights along the edges. Noticeable aroma of black cherry, licorice and blackcurrant. Silky and fresh! The tannins are well - integrated producing a well balanced, elegant wine.

Full - flavour with dark fruits and earthy notes with a thread of minerality in the finish.

This Saint-Julien blend is comprised of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, and 2% Petit Verdot. Barrel matured for 21 months, 50% of the barrels were new oak. The character of our unique terroir and our technical team’s expertise have allowed this vintage to surpass itself. It boasts both phenolic richness and freshness in the fruit. This is a powerful, creamy, smooth wine. The expressive, aromatic nose opens with black cherry, blackcurrant and liquorice. In the palate, the entry is silky and plump with powerful, velvety tannins. Distinguished and elegant, long aging potential.

This 2020 is a vintage of contrasts, characterized by the estate's smallest harvest in 30 years. So much freshness in the hottest vintage in modern history demonstrates the buffering power of our terroir. The precision of the fruit is revealed with notes of morello cherry, blackcurrant and licorice. The taut tannic structure recalls the greatness of the 2010, with a more unctuous, more amiable mid-palate. A great classic, it can nevertheless be enjoyed more quickly without losing its remarkable amplitude with age. A chiseled, brilliant wine of great purity.

Gorgeous aromas of crushed blackberry, violet and dark chocolate lead to a full-bodied palate, with powerful, chewy tannins and loads of beautiful fresh fruit.

Reserved but clearly very rich in character on the nose, with tight, compact, crunchy red cherry fruit. A beautiful presence on the palate, very polished, but stony and structured. There is a fine core of tannin, with a powerful, grippy, forthright midpalate. The fruit is spicy, vibrant and vigourous, with a very linear style. This is intense and classic Latour.

This has some slightly rugged grip, with a prominent charcoal frame. Delivers ample flesh at the core, offering plum cake, currant preserves and smouldering tobacco leaf notes, offset by a tangy hint of anise. Should settle in well enough after modest cellaring.

Château Lynch-Bages 2017 has 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. The 2017 vintage with its deep garnet red colour and purplish - blue hues reflect the ripeness of the grape varieties in the blend. It offers a pleasant bouquet and a wonderful freshness, characteristic of the vintage. The attack is supple and rich! The taste profile reveals an array of black and red fruits with a compliment of spicy notes.

This Pauillac blend is comprised of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 3% Cabernet franc, and 3% Petit Verdot. Aging has taken place in French oak barrels for 18 months (75% new wood). The wine offers a characteristic nose combining fresh fruity and spicy aromas with fine oaky notes. The attack is supple, rich and aromatic. On the palate it is velvety and perfectly balanced, with dense tannins, powerful structure, freshness and beautiful length.

The 2020 is a highly concentrated vintage. Notes of licorice, grippy and charismatic cassis and blueberry fruit with a velvety texture layered with blackcurrant pastilles and rich dark chocolate.

The wine is an attractive, intense and dark cherry red. With Cabernet Sauvignon predominant, the blend of Chateau Mouton Rothschild expresses a complex and intense array of aromas, combining fruit (bilberry) and milky notes with the toasted aromas (blond tobacco, incense, toasted hazelnut) of judicious oak. The precise and harmonious attack is prolonged by fresh and crisp, richly flavoured tannins, while the palate is full, creamy and powerful.

All the depth and refinement of Cabernet Sauvignon is expressed on the nose in aromas of vanilla, bitter almond and nutmeg, with subtle mineral notes on airing. Very supple on the palate, this Mouton Rothschild displays perfect harmony on a linear structure that combines tannic heft with a pleasant minty freshness. The finish is complex, ending on spicy and very ripe fruit flavours.

On the palate, a smooth, creamy attack yields powerful, velvet tannins. The roundness is remarkable, giving the wine very attractive length. The 2017 Chateau Mouton Rothschild Premier Cru has one of the highest percentages of Cabernet Sauvignon ever at 90%, with 9% Merlot and 1% Petit Verdot. The wine presents a deep and sustained colour with garnet reflections. The nose is elegant and complex with aromas of wild berries. When aired, notes of pepper, blackcurrant buds and dried flowers bring forth a generous and harmonious aromatic sensation. The attack is fresh, clean and well structured. Fresh fruit flavours are evident in the mid - palate with a dense and fleshy texture. The fine and ripe tannins cover the palate and leave a very long impression. The well - balanced finish confirms a wine full of promise!

This Pauillac blend is comprised of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, and 1% Petit Verdot. This wine is an intense garnet red with a purplish hue. Fresh, highly expressive and precise on the nose, it reveals blackberry, black cherry and liquorice aromas with a slightly mineral cast. It is smooth and opulent on the palate, with an attractive sweetness, enfolding superbly patrician, rounded and powerful tannins. Beautifully rich overall, it culminates in a stylish, succulent and very harmonious finish.

The 2020 colour is a deep, dark cherry red with garnet highlights. The fine, complex nose reveals remarkably mature black fruit aromas. On airing, the wine exhales scents of blackcurrant and anise, combined with notes of graphite and a subtle hint of light tobacco. On the palate, the attack is both suave and fleshy, revealing very precise tannins that accompany a powerful build-up of flavours, in a harmonious, succulent balance with mint, mineral and smoky nuances. The full, exceptionally long finish expresses all the nobility of Mouton's Cabernet Sauvignon.

Deep ruby colour. Intense nose with spicy notes of black and red pepper. Very well-balanced with floral and spicy flavours.

Pey La Tour shows a very deep, shimmering ruby color. On the nose, red fruits such as blackcurrant, & blackberry prelude to a very fruity palate. The wine is fleshy, mild, with a remarkable freshness for the vintage giving a crunchy ripe fruit sensation.

Deep ruby color. The intense bouquet, emanating blackberries and Morello cherries, intermingles harmoniously with a hint of oak. The attack on the palate is supple and full, with a finish boasting tremendous range for a Bordeaux Supérieur.

Blend of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon and 43 % Merlot. Medium to full - bodied with noticeable tannins. Red fruit character with a long finish.

This Saint Estephe blend is comprised of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, and 2% Cabernet Franc. The colour is a deep red with purple reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit (black cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry) are made more complex by toasty and liquorice notes. On the palate, the impressive attack leads on to fleshy and crunchy fruit. This harmonious blend is kept taut by nice freshness at the end of the palate and great aromatic length.

There is a fascinating balance in the Phélan Ségur 2020. Its expressive, remarkably open nose is an invitation to plunge into a "multicolored, polyphonic" universe of fruit and flowers. Chiselled structure, subtly fleshy, dense with finely woven tannins.

This cuts a broad swath, with prominent notes of espresso and ganache leading to the core of crushed plum and blackberry confiture. Lush, with the ganache edge joining a loamy hint to underscore the finish.

Deep garnet, red fruit, concentrated, balanced. Aging potential: very good.

Château Suduiraut 2020 reveals a brilliant golden yellow colour. The nose is open to exotic fruits such as lychee, mango and pineapple, then develops more candied nuances, yellow peach, finishing with ginger and delicate woody notes. The attack is full-bodied, the palate opulent but sustained by a fine tension. There are hints of yellow peach and candied apricot. The finish is velvety, spicy and yellow-fruited.

68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot and 6% Petit Verdot. The wine is medium -deep in colour. Very aromatic with floral and dark berry character intermingled with cigar box and bay leaf notes.
