Our Merlot Les Jamelles is a very complex, rich, long and fat wine. With its dark colour, it displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, black currants, and cherries), jam and cooked fruits as well as smoky scents (peat) and spicy perfumes (cinnamon, thyme). This wine is round, rich and long-lasting on the palate with mature tannins on the finish. It is a well-balanced easy-drinking wine.

On the palate, this wine is complex, rich, long and fat. It displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries) and jam. The tannins are plump and well-integrated. Unlike many Pinot Noirs grown in the Pays d'Oc, this wine is not dominated by heaviness or an excessive over-ripeness.

On the palate, the attack is forthright and highly expressive, marked by the grapefruit notes found on the nose. The 2018 Cap De Faugeres is composed of 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine opens with intense scents of preserved plums, kirsch, chocolate and menthol with hints of wood smoke and spices. The palate has a velvety texture with plenty of red fruit character.

The colour is so deep and dense it is almost opaque. Pey La Tour shows a very deep, shimmering ruby color. On the nose, red fruits such as blackcurrant, & blackberry prelude to a very fruity palate. The wine is fleshy, mild, with a remarkable freshness for the vintage giving a crunchy ripe fruit sensation.

This Cabernet Franc has been matured in French oak for 16 months. On the nose raspberry, plum and white pepper. Flavours of red plum, cherry and a touch of herbs.

The 100% Chardonnay grapes were hand-sorted and whole bunch pressed. The wine was 100% stainless steel tank fermented and did not undergo malolactic conversion. The wine underwent weekly lees stirring for three weeks post ferment. The wine was not exposed to oak treatment. No fining. Subtle pineapple and lemon greet the nose; on the palate apple, citrus, lime and peach notes.

The Syrah grapes used to make this rose are from a sport overlooking the lake between Penticton and OK Falls. This wine was entirely whole bunch pressed with little to no skin contact before it was gently pressed out creating a light pink color. Aromas of watermelon, rhubarb and red berries lead way to flavours of strawberry, cranberry and candied Meyer lemon.

This Saint-Julien blend is comprised of 63% Merlot and 37% Cabernet Sauvignon. Maturation has occurred for 15 months, 15% were new oak barrels. Bouquet includes; red berry fruit, cinnamon and touches of brown spice. The palate is fruity and well-balanced, tannins are well structured.

This cuvée made with about 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc is a blend of different lots reflecting the diversity of all local terroirs: the clay bringing the body, the gravel giving the structure and the chalk ensuring the finesse. The current blend is mainly the 2010 vintage ; the exceptional climatic conditions of this vintage are expressed when tasting the wine which shows a deep intense color, some scents of black fruits (mulberries, cherries) greatly backed up by a lovely integrated tanic structure, this enhancing a long and complex final.

The perfect patio sipper, an off dry rose. This wine draws you in from the first sip. Gushing with big, luscious, fruit flavours of wild strawberry and watermelon to start. Midway, it unravels with pomegranate, jasmine, and a hint of deep dark cherry creates a smooth, approachable and perhaps a slightly sinful finish.

Harvest occurs early in the morning and the fruit is then immediately pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel cuves. A low temperature is kept while the wine is raised on fine lees in the cuve for eleven months and then bottled in September. The honey & white acacia blossom perfume is a rare treat. Varietals in this blend are: Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot. A deep ruby red coloured wine has a fruit-forward bouquet of cherry and blue plum, accented by smoky oak, cigar box, spice, and vanilla. On the palate, flavours of cherries and plum mingle with spice and sweet vanilla notes. Ripe cherry fruit, chocolate, black pepper, Chai spice, and earth notes on the finish.

Aromatic with hints of oak, tobacco leaf, sweet spice, dark plum, and black cherry. Lovely notes of black coffee, cocoa, blackberry and spice linger in the finish.

Burgundy in colour, this wine has a fine aroma of black berries and rose petals. There is a hint of raspberry in the flavour. Decanting this wine brings out the characteristic silky texture of Pinot Noir. Served slightly cool, this is excellent with salmon as well as red meats and cheese.

This Pinot Noir is bright, deep crimson in color. Mercurey has a well-rounded nose and develops aromas of jammy red berries and humus. On the palate starts quite soft and then turns into a powerful and well-structured wine with good length and beautiful tannins.
