Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were vinified exclusively in barrels. Riddled and disgorged by hand. To the eye gold glints. 60 Crus (vineyrads) of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir have gone into this blend. A deep golden robe with delicate and vivacious long lasting bubbles. Complex, voluptuous nose with notes of freshly baked brioche and the richness of roasted coffee beans. On the palate, the texture is reminiscent of a crisp layer of nougatine on a velvety cream pastry filled with plump red plums and ripe cherries.

Château Suduiraut 2020 reveals a brilliant golden yellow colour. This Pessac-Leognan blend is comprised of 53% Sauvignon Blanc and 47% Semillon. Maturation occurred in stainless steel vats (30%) and oak barrel (30% new oak barrel on the lees for 9 months.
