The 2017 Château Beychevelle Grand Cru AOC Saint-Julien Bordeaux contains 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc. Chateau Beychevelle 2017 has a very deep purple colour. The nose is dominated by ripe red fruit. The purity of the fruit, the finesse of the tannins and elegant oaky notes come together to offer silky palate. A blend of Roussane, Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Bourboulenc grapes. Aromas of citrus, thyme, spiced licorice and fennel. Deliciously crisp, round and aromatic with a very fresh finish.

This shows a complex perfume of ripe, black fruit, tar, herbs, cassis and smoke. In the mouth, the wine is plush, rich, opulent and full bodied. This elegant wine ends with a rich mouthful of sweet, spicy, ripe, juicy dark plums, cassis and dark berries.

Reserved but clearly very rich in character on the nose, with tight, compact, crunchy red cherry fruit. A beautiful presence on the palate, very polished, but stony and structured. There is a fine core of tannin, with a powerful, grippy, forthright midpalate. The fruit is spicy, vibrant and vigourous, with a very linear style. This is intense and classic Latour.

Château Lynch-Bages 2017 has 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. The 2017 vintage with its deep garnet red colour and purplish - blue hues reflect the ripeness of the grape varieties in the blend. It offers a pleasant bouquet and a wonderful freshness, characteristic of the vintage. The attack is supple and rich! The taste profile reveals an array of black and red fruits with a compliment of spicy notes.

The colour is so deep and dense it is almost opaque. The nose is expansive, complex and elegant with vibrant black fruit aromas alongside praline and hints of mahogany, while the palate is full and luscious, its richness balancing beautifully with a vein of elegant minerality. Well-structured tannins give a velvety, succulent mouthfeel. The Cabernet Franc grapes have produced a wine of beauty, style and elegance, with excellent aging potential.

All the depth and refinement of Cabernet Sauvignon is expressed on the nose in aromas of vanilla, bitter almond and nutmeg, with subtle mineral notes on airing. Very supple on the palate, this Mouton Rothschild displays perfect harmony on a linear structure that combines tannic heft with a pleasant minty freshness. The finish is complex, ending on spicy and very ripe fruit flavours.

This is a Merlot, Cabernet Franc blend. This medium-bodied wine has a light black cherry, oak and earthy personality with sandy tannins in the cherry finish.

On the nose, the bouquet spirals through sweet, bright floral notes and the lively minerality so typical of Dom Pérignon, then notes of candied fruit, plants, the incredible freshness of camphor leaf and finally the dark hints of spices and liquorice root. On the palate, the wine is currently still physical. It is compelling, tactile and vibrant rather than aromatic. The rhythm and tempo are more dominant than the melody. At first mild and delicate, then strongly, confidently mineral, persistent, precise, with a refined bitterness, and an iodine, saline tang.

It has been aged for a minimum of 20 months in Maison Mumm’s cellars. Scents of succulent white and yellow fruits entice, with hints of lychee, pineapple, praline. Appetizing aromas of pastry – yeast, brioche – heighten the anticipation. Vibrant freshness exciteS the palate. Complex and perfectly balanced, the wine reveals rounded, elegant flavors of fruit and caramel.

Woody muted red fruit nose. There is good stuffing and precision here with attractive cherry fruit, light tannins and good acidity.

This Chardonnay is pale in appearance with strong green tints. Clear and fresh on the nose, it offers up notes of white flowers and a hint of citrus. Subtle and fresh on entry to the palate with lemony notes coming through on the mid-palate.

Bright and racy in feel, with high pitched red currant, cherry and raspberry coulis notes, laced with violet, white pepper and chalk details. The long, youthful taut finish should settle in with mild cellaring.

Intense crimson-red color. Aromas of blackcurrant and plum followed by roasted coffee and cinnamon, cherry, morello cherry. Spice and fruit in balance on the palate.

This rose blend is comprised of Pinot Noir(which is domnant), Meunier and chardonnay grapes. An original and juicy wine which simultaneously offers black cherry, blackberry, pink grapefruit and blood orange notes. Warm and spicy notes of Espelette pepper, tea and liquorice.
