Moonshine is as American as apple pie. So it only made sense to blend pure apple juice, ground cinnamon, and other spices with our whiskey to create Ole Smoky Apple Moonshine. Banana pudding ranks up there with all the best things in life. Which is why we took the flavours of vanilla wafers, whipped cream, and banana and blended them with our moonshine to create a smooth sipper to make life even sweeter.

We took the undeniably delicious flavours of butter, cream, toasted pecans, and caramel and blended them all up with Ole Smoky moonshine. The result was nothing short of heavenly.

The key to the intense flavours and spicy aromas in this wine are the mature grapes and modern technology which allows for strict temperature control during fermentation: its gentle agitation of the wine extracts more colour and tannin from the skins, and the partial pressure this vessel is under during the time of fermentation allows higher concentration of fruit flavours to remain in the wine. Finally, this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in the barrel room, which stabilizes its red colour and enhances its firm tannic finish. This Cabernet Franc is best served with pasta or red sauce, barbecued foods, roast beef or lamb.

Founders Keifer Sutherland, Gary Briggs, Shawn Hiscott and Rob Steele have created a masterful collaboration of rhythm and taste. A clean nose aroma with caramel, toasted cereal and a wisp of rye spice. In the palate you’ll taste a complex smooth caramel, toasted grain, enhanced by a nice roasted oak with a hint of spicy note at the end.
