Made from 100% Scottish barley, triple distilled, and then matured for its entire life by the shores of Lochindaal in premium American oak; it is a testament to the quality our ingredients. Smooth as pebbles in a pool. It’s clean, fresh and lively with both the oak and the grain in perfect harmony.

This whisky is the stuff tales are made of and inside the new bottle, the whisky speaks for itself. The nose offering a fresh and aromatic experience with a subtle whiff of smoke floating through the air. The taste starts with a light fruit and nut appeal that leads to a spectacular malty sweetness, finishing into a beautifully rich full-bodied, lingering experience.

Matured for an initial 9 years in American White Oak ex-Bourbon casks. During the final 3 years the whiskey is transferred to 30 year old Gonzalez Byass Matusalem Oloroso Sherry butts.

Nose: Aromatic, toffee, fruit salad, lush nectarine, custard. Floral, apple blossom, honeysuckle. Apple peels, pear, touch of smoke. Palate: Malty. Walnuts steeped in manuka honey with vanilla sponge. Gentle smoke weaves its way through the cereal with a touch of spice. Finish: Long, malty, walnut, almond.

Finished in bespoke craft IPA barrels, our pioneering new malt is imbued with unique zesty citrus notes and the subtle tang of fresh hops. The flavour comes with carefully hand selecting the right malt whiskies to complement the extra hoppy notes.

Deep gold, with intense late afternoon summer sunshine shades. Creamy and rich. Resinous fragrances swirl up before melting into a citrus fruit salad bowl. Orange peel and candied grapefruit aromas. Then, the bouquet opens on buttery notes. Shortbread, almond brandy snaps, vanilla toffee, fudge sauce. A dry spicy echo with a touch of liquorice resonates in the back. Round, sweet, incredibly smooth and velvety. Wood is entirely integrated but present all the way, sweetly enveloping fruity and nutty flavours in an oaky shell. Luscious chocolate fudge lingers on. Lingering with traces of toasted hazelnuts and lightly smoked almonds.

The taste is balanced between honey, malt and flowery scents. Dates and figs emerge in the background with a hint of wood smoke. The finish is long and enticing with the sweetness of dried fruit and subtle dryness of Oloroso nuttiness.

Matured for 15 years, this is our most balanced and smooth single malt. Balancing two different sides of the flavour spectrum, this single malt marries these perfectly, whilst also reflecting our coastal home and its unwavering influence. On one hand, this is an intense single malt, yet at the same time, it is truly balanced. Spice and sweetness unite in this naturally rich amber whisky to celebrate rich flavours, yet lighter, more refreshing coastal notes show another side of this single malt.

Colour: Golden Aroma: Distinguished rye spiciness, mingling with mellow oak, above a soft layer of vanilla. Flavour: Cascading pepper from the rye caressingly wrapped in mouth coating oily viscosity and sweet biscuity, cereal, and dried fruit notes.

Fruity sweet on the nose with notes of soft peach, pineapple, vanilla intermingled with subtle bonfire smoke. Peach and ripe pear flavours and creamy caramel toffee and vanilla balanced perfectly with soft smoke. The finish is very long an markedly smoky.

Rich mahogany in colour with layers of heather honey, cinnamon, butterscotch and sticky raisins on the nose. Notes of mocha linger in the background lead into bursts of orange zest, heather honey and damson on the pallet. Lashings of mocha, dark chocolate, cinnamon, figs and dates persist in the lengthy finish.
