This 100% Weber blue agave Anejo has been aged for a minimum of 14 months in American and French Oak barrels. Aromas of toffee, black pepper, cedar and dried fruits. The palate displays full flavours of caramel, toffee and black pepper. On the finish it is spicy and well rounded.

1800 coconut is created by infusing 1800 silver with fresh, ripe coconut to create an exceptionally smooth liquid with exquisite taste. Lightly sweet and medium-bodied with a tropical palate, this versatile spirit is delicious on the rocks with a squeeze of lime and also tastes great mixed with pineapple juice.

This tequila is aged in French and American oak barrels, then rested in port wine casks. Finally, it is meticulously filtered to a crystal clear colour while retaining the depth and complexity of an anejo.

The best agaves are selected after cultivation and cooked in traditional cone-shaped wood ovens. The wood is lit and volcanic rocks are placed on top of it in a pyramid shape, the oven is covered with cloth and earth and cooked for 3-5 days. Once cooked, the pinas are milled with a stone and kept in a wooden tub for fermentation. 400 Conejos Joven is double distilled and has slight smokiness on the palate.

This small batch tequila has rested in American oak. Aromas of lemongrass, floral, chamomile and minerality. On the palate sweet agave and vanilla, with undertones of tropical and citrus fruit. Ultra smooth finish with additional notes of almond, key lime pie and toasted coconut.

An incredibly elegant and fruitful whisky that initially spent 18 years in a combination of refill casks and a finishing period of around 4-5 months in first-fill Pauillac wine casks. Offers Aberfeldy’s wonderfully soft signature honey and creamy vanilla notes invigorated with swathes of plush ripe fruits and lovely nutty aromas.

Nose: Honey, fruity. Thick malt, enlivened by a fresh, zesty quality. Palate: Smooth, vanilla, undulating, refined smoke. Finish: Peters out gently, perhaps some ripe white peach notes and a good wave of honey.

Good Sherried body with fruity aromas. Very soft and rounded with fruity notes.

Light gold colour, aromas of sweet orchard green apple, juicy sweet pears, delicate lavender honey, smooth vanilla cream and zesty sherbet lemon. On the palate an initial burst of citrus lemon zest and tangy grapefruit, then rich all-butter shortbread and soft baked apples which is followed by a hint of sweet sugared almonds. Auburn gold colour. Aromas of mixed spices, praline, and spiced orange harmonizing with rich, deep notes of Oloroso Sherry. On the Palate orange, black cherries, dried fruit and ginger spiked with dark bitter chocolate and enriched with sherry and oak.

Intense golden amber colour. Aromas of dried fruits and toasted oak. Silky texture on the palate with a long finish and sweet touch.

Aging of 5 years in French oak barrels results in dark amber with reddish hues. Sweet fruits greet the nose while on the palate, toasty notes of vanilla come forth.

A blend of 100% blue agave tequila, infused with the essence of oranges and pure agave nectar.

An explosion of crackling peat sets off millions of flavour explosions on the tongue: peat effervesces with tangy lemon and lime juice, black pepper pops with sizzling cinnamon-spiced toffee. This is followed by a wave of brine infused with smooth buttermilk, ripe bananas and currants. Smoke gradually wells up on the palate bringing a mouthful of warm creamy cappuccino and toasted marshmallows. As the taste lengthens and deepens, dry espresso, liquorice root and tarry smoke develop coating the palate with chewy peat oils.

Ardbeg An Oa is singularly rounded, due to time spent in their newly established bespoke oak gathering vat, where whiskies from several cask types, familiarize themselves with each other. The result is a dram with smoky power, mellowed by a delectable, smooth sweetness. Hallmark Ardbeg peat, dark chocolate and aniseed are wrapped in smooth, silky butterscotch, black pepper and clove, before rising to an intense crescendo of flavour.

A marriage of whisky aged in Sauternes wine casks together with classic Ardbeg aged in ex-bourbon casks. Smoked lemon peel, apricot and balsamic vinegar notes.

Created with roasted black malt. Notes of charcoal and sweet smoke make for an impactful aroma. Flavourful, with hints of aniseed and dark chocolate in the taste profile.

Maturation has occurred in double charred oak casks, Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and experimental BBQ casks. Notes of smoked ham, grilled artichokes, flamed steak and cinnamon dusted expresso.

The complex nose boasts fresh herbs, hints of vanilla, pear, fresh cracked black pepper, honey glazed ham, Turkish coffee and pine notes. It is rich on the palate with lots of chocolate, tar smoked back and eucalyptus. The finish is long with hints of cocoa, fudge and savoury meats.

Colour Burnished gold Nose At bottle strength the influence of the two styles of maturation casks complement each other producing a full-bodied smooth aroma. The maturity that shows through comes from the America barrels and the spicy creamy nose from the old style smaller casks. A touch of water allows the full complexity of the Highland Peated Malt to appear. The rich softness linked with smooth, slightly dry aroma is combined with just enough earthy peat smoke to avoid being overpowering. Palate At bottle strength the full rich flavours burst and fill the mouth with a creamy peat tang and a touch of vanilla’s soft gentleness. If a touch of water is added then the flavours increase with the addition of a sweet ripe fruit start followed by the tang of peat.

The palate is smooth and sweet with hints of tangerine and lime.

This deep amber whisky offers aromas of stewed plums with balsamic glaze, red berries and cooked nectarines, sweet and oily. A hint of maraschino cherry liqueur, rich toffee and caramel, rose petals, cinnamon and a hint of scented wood and tannic rioja. On the palate: Corinth raisins, prunes, caramelised figs, sweet Muscat grapes, rich dark chocolate with Seville oranges flavoured butterscotch and sweet sherry character. The finish is long lasting, sweet and intense with fragrant orange notes, chestnuts and sultanas.

This 21 year old single malt is triple distilled and aged in second fill sherry casks. To the nose: ripe gooseberry, citrus peel, sweet vanilla, oak and fresh cut barley notes. Light chocolate, soft green fruit, dried citrus peel and a twist of old oak and honey greet the palate. Beautifully balanced whisky.

Mezcal BRIJ3 was born through an effort to embrace the customs and traditions of Oaxaca, and the artisans of San Martín Tilcajete, known as "the place where the Alebrijes are born."Each bottle is hand painted by the regional artists of San Martín Tilcajete, with their own designs and colours, making each bottle unique to itself. Aromas of freshly cut grass, chlorophyll, citrus fruits such as lemon and lime, as well as smoked and toasted notes. On the palate it is youthful and strong with balanced acidity, offering a long finish with a pleasant balance of smoke and a fresh lingering herbaceous quality.

On the palate there is a noticeable delicacy and softness in texture and style. The balance of flavour is superb as the smoke wraps loosely around the sweetness drawn from deep within the oak, Coconut, vanilla custard, lemon honey combines with smoked oysters and sun baked salty sand. The finish is smoky but also the soft sweetness of fudge and malted barley, orange, mango and Banoffee pie hinting of the depth and quality of the oak. The many layers interchange on each sip.

This single malt is malted to a stratospheric 137.3 PPM and matured in the highest quality American oak casks. Initial aromas of sweet nutty smoke, barley sugar and ripe fruit lead way to syrupy apricot, ripe peat, malty vanilla, crème brulee, honey, tablet, coconut, almonds and charred oak. On the palate, dense smoked granola and honeyed lead to smoked apricot jam, barley four, peat embers, burnt heather, gooseberry citrus and sweet Turkish delight. Oak chips, sugared almonds and chocolate limes come toward the finish.

Bright citrus, smoke and a distinct minerality come through on the palate, followed by charred oak and beach bonfire embers. Toffee and creamy vanilla are balanced with the earthy smoke, with bright notes of pear, gooseberry fool and green apple simultaneously adding brightness and depth. Roasted coffee, hints of clove and nutmeg begin to come to the fore, with a gentle hint of heather honey.
