Maturation has occurred in double charred oak casks, Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and experimental BBQ casks. Notes of smoked ham, grilled artichokes, flamed steak and cinnamon dusted expresso.

This deep amber whisky offers aromas of stewed plums with balsamic glaze, red berries and cooked nectarines, sweet and oily. A hint of maraschino cherry liqueur, rich toffee and caramel, rose petals, cinnamon and a hint of scented wood and tannic rioja. On the palate: Corinth raisins, prunes, caramelised figs, sweet Muscat grapes, rich dark chocolate with Seville oranges flavoured butterscotch and sweet sherry character. The finish is long lasting, sweet and intense with fragrant orange notes, chestnuts and sultanas.

This 21 year old single malt is triple distilled and aged in second fill sherry casks. To the nose: ripe gooseberry, citrus peel, sweet vanilla, oak and fresh cut barley notes. Light chocolate, soft green fruit, dried citrus peel and a twist of old oak and honey greet the palate. Beautifully balanced whisky.

Auburn colour. On the nose, fruity cooked plums and prune jam. Corinth raisons and sultana notes with a strong Oloroso influence. Toffee and maple syrup, licorice, grilled orange peel and smoked seaweed. The taste profile reveals chestnus honey, strong bee's wax, fresh leather and cigar tobacco, roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate with a hint of oak tannins.

This single malt is malted to a stratospheric 137.3 PPM and matured in the highest quality American oak casks. Initial aromas of sweet nutty smoke, barley sugar and ripe fruit lead way to syrupy apricot, ripe peat, malty vanilla, crème brulee, honey, tablet, coconut, almonds and charred oak. On the palate, dense smoked granola and honeyed lead to smoked apricot jam, barley four, peat embers, burnt heather, gooseberry citrus and sweet Turkish delight. Oak chips, sugared almonds and chocolate limes come toward the finish.

Bright citrus, smoke and a distinct minerality come through on the palate, followed by charred oak and beach bonfire embers. Toffee and creamy vanilla are balanced with the earthy smoke, with bright notes of pear, gooseberry fool and green apple simultaneously adding brightness and depth. Roasted coffee, hints of clove and nutmeg begin to come to the fore, with a gentle hint of heather honey.

Light, amber, gold colour. On the nose, intriguing peatiness with hints of sherry and rich oak. Flavourful with an immediate warming peatiness which drifts to a sweet oloroso sherry influence along with rich oak and balanced with delicate notes of pepper.

This Lowland Single Malt Whisky has a hint of fruit as the nose opens conjures an image of the apple orchard, soon joined by light touches of almond and vanilla, before lush meadow-grass aromas develop the floral theme. Smooth and pleasing in texture, the opulent and rounded taste starts lightly sweet and becomes elegantly drying, with a vibrant oaky spiciness that persists in the dry finish.

On the nose, astonishingly perfumed and filled with fruity complexity. Soft notes of rose, jasmine and carnation blend with ripe, red fruits, mint toffee and cake mix. Spicy notes on the palate with additional hints of soft, red fruits, pineapple, pear, oranges, ginger and sweet chili.

This is a 11 year old Lagavulin Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been finished in Double Charred oak casks. The result is a glorious adventure in "sweet peat" by combining the intense peat and charred wood notes of the Lagavulin.

Vibrant yellow gold in colour with aromas of sweet stewed apples topped with crisp slightly caramelized pastry, tanned leather and vanilla. On the palate sweet and spicy notes lead way to vanilla, sea salt, pork cracking and fresh ground black pepper, gentle spice and charred oak. Long warming finish.

Tawny, auburn in colour. On the nose: sweet and peaty with medicinal notes of Manuka honey, hospital bandages, antiseptic lotion, strong cloves , and also grilled smoky bacon, a distinctive character of sweet leather, iodine and pine tar. On the palate rich wax and furniture polish notes are followed by treacle toffee, maple syrup, bitter dark chocolate combined with pencil shavings, pine needle and cedar scented wood. The finish is long sweet and spicy with chestnut honey.

This limited edition series celebrates the legacy of one man, the last of the Johnston family to own and manage the Laphroaig distillery, Ian Hunter. Aging for 30 years in Spanish Oak Oloroso Sherry cask developed aromas of dried dates and figs, cigar box, toffee, dark chocolate, pink peppercorns, all spice and some medicinal notes. Honey and sweet smoked stone fruit also unfurl on the palate. A very complex whisky.

The colour is deep gold. The nose is complex; smoky and herbal, with notes of Amsterdamer pipe tobacco, Eucalyptus, mint, fresh hay, a hint of jasmine but also autumn leaves and dry flowers along with sweet notes of vanilla, maple syrup, toffee, candy sugar, honey and black pepper. The palate; peaty and sweet, barbecued honey glazed gammon with sweet spicy marinade together with citric and fruity notes of lemon and lychee, a touch of iodine, cedar wood and earthy floral notes, bonbon and toffee sweetness. The finish; floral and ashy with wood smoke lingering.

This 34-year-old Laphriaog Single Malt is the fourth in our exclusive series commemorating Ian Hunter. Maturation occured in American White Oak Bourbon barrels with finishing in first-fill European Oak Oloroso Sherry casks. This non-chill filtered whisky has notes of honey, black pepper, and of course peat.

Deep copper colour. Notes of light peat with iodine and burnt wood. On the palate floral green malt, sweet candyfloss, vanilla fudge, nimble fruit accents of blueberry and raspberry are followed by salted caramel, butterscotch, roasted chestnuts, peach, dried flowers and white pepper.

Lore is a complex marriage of both classical Laphroaig styles and many ages of Laphroaig. Deep Mahogany in colour, the nose is rich and smoky with seaside minerals with a hint of ash and bitter chocolate drops. The palate is richly peaty with a spicy chili bite with a short dry finish and a long sweet aftertaste.

Mouth-watering with a sweet and creamy edge. Some delicate hints of bonfire embers. Vanilla emerges and a hint of peppery warmth comes to the fore. With water, there is more spice and dark chocolate, with a wee hint of sweet smoke.

Matured for 15 years, this is our most balanced and smooth single malt. Balancing two different sides of the flavour spectrum, this single malt marries these perfectly, whilst also reflecting our coastal home and its unwavering influence. On one hand, this is an intense single malt, yet at the same time, it is truly balanced. Spice and sweetness unite in this naturally rich amber whisky to celebrate rich flavours, yet lighter, more refreshing coastal notes show another side of this single malt.

Aged in a combination of bourbon and Spanish oak casks. Rich amber in colour with aromas of cinnamon, spice, oak and wisps of charcoal. Dark chocolate, green apple, vanilla and rye bread notes are found on the palate.

Amid a deep golden glow, salty, smoky hints of a beach bonfire give the nose a mild maritime feel. First fill ex - bourbon casks gift layers of luminous flavours. The texture is smooth. The taste is slightly sweet, smoky - spicy, salty and fruity. Peaty power appears in thr chili - spiced catch of the long finish.

Rich bright gold with notes of sea air, oyster shell, salt and sand dune on a spicy and peaty base followed by rich, sweet hints of white grape, dark fruit and dry tannin. In the mouth these characters merge as one creamy-smooth richly fruity taste, with waves of saltiness, smoke and spice crashing through the intense finish.

Unctuous and sweet, suggesting a fondant cream with a spicy edge. An initial burst of citrus is swept away by candied sweetness and spiced porridge roll in. Notes of sharper oak then fade to reveal hints of wine gums. Lengthy and warming finish with spicy oak-wood, a pinch of white pepper, lingering candied sweetness.

Notes of orange oil, vanilla pods, pear and almond on the nose. Flavourful, with hints of ginger, rose water, pear and vanilla. The finish has a sweet - spicy character with a slight touch of pepper.

The 1991 showcases a glossy cinnamon colour, with classic aromas of apple, dried fruit and vanilla on the nose, followed by ginger, nutmeg and almonds, with sweet spice and raisin on the palate. Amber, honey colour. On the nose, dried fruit, ginger, toffee, rich orange with hints of clove and nutmeg. On the palate, rich raison with notes of caramel, vanilla and ginger balanced by wood spice and zesty citrus.

Aromas of orange and lemon, honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut and ripe barley fields. Rich oak, lemon, melon, classic scone, almond and green tea on the palate. Long finish.
