Triple distilled, and aged in American oak Bourbon casks and Oloroso Sherry casks. Ripe and fruity aromas with luscious peach, dried apricot and tropical fruit notes with additional hints of orange blossom and vanilla fudge. Vanilla sweetness, granola, toasted almonds and honey, a little oak, digestive biscuits, apricots, and a hint of cocoa flavours fill the mouth. The early floral yet biscuit flavour reflects the grain whiskey, while the soft spicy notes can be attributed to the pot still whiskey in the blend. The citrus flavour is contributed by the malt.
