A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Ruby red in color with rich aromas of ripe fruit especially blueberries and blackberries, and tobacco and white pepper. The savory and persistent palate has mouth filling tannins and a pleasant finish of fresh fruit and cherry flavored chocolate.

Tignanello 2019 is a deep ruby red colour. It's nose offers exceptional complexity with notes of red fruits, strawberries, pomegranate, apricots, peaches in syrup, vanilla, dried flowers, chocolate, nutmeg, coffee, caramel and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate silky, vibrant tannins, roasted coffee, bitter chocolate with a lengthy finish.

Ruby red in colour. The 2010 Pèppoli is characterized by notes of cherry fruit well amalgamated with chocolate and vanilla from the oak aging. On the palate, the wine shows much Sangiovese character with soft and silky tannins. A good persistence on the finish and aftertaste.

The finish is very long and warm; spicy notes are joined by equally intense fruity notes.

The appassimento technique is used, whereby Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara are laid out on bamboo racks to concentrate their aromas during the winter months. During the winter, Valpolicella wine (made from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes) is passed over the skins remaining from the production of Amarone using the traditional “Ripasso” technique, which increases the alcohol, body and perfumes of the wine. Aged in oak, this wine is dry and full-bodied with a complex perfume of cherries, red fruits and spices.

The Ripasso Acinatico is obtained from the Valpolicella Classico way via re-fermentation and a second maceration over grape skins that are still mildly sweet of Amorone and Recioto, thereby enriching the body and colour of the wine. Intense yet subtle nose of spices and vanilla. The warm, full-bodied palate with traces of mature, dried fruits, spices and tobacco is reminiscent of an Amarone.

The nose is marked by appealing, fragrant fruit such as wild blackberry, black cherry and strawberry, which shade into toastier notes of cocoa powder, roast espresso, tobacco leaf and vanilla. Impressively full bodied the palate shows warm, smooth and well-rounded.
