This Raicilla (pronounced Rye-See-Ya) is made from 100% Maximiliana Agave. Raicilla is an agave spirit, similar to tequila and mezcal and is perfect for cocktails and sipping alike. Gazela has a very light yellow citrine colour, with a slight fizz that enhances its bouquet, flavours and freshness. GRAHAM’S 10 Years Old Tawny has a deep tawny colour. On the nose, it shows complex nutty aromas combined with hints of honey and figs. On the palate, rich mature fruit flavours, beautifully mellowed with a luscious long finished.

The agaves used to produce it are harvested in full maturity and come from a single crop field. The tequila is first aged in French and American oak barrels. It is then blended with those tequilas to be found in the legendary demijohns of the cellar. Finally it is aged for another year in sherry barrels brought from Spain.

Tradicional Anejo is aged in charred American oak for at least a year and then finished in single malt Irish whiskey barrels for a rich, complex flavours of vanilla, hazelnuts, toffee and baking spices. Smooth finish.
