The maple smoked sea salt is less bitter and less salty than usual sea salt with a smoky, savoury zing and an almost sweet but briny taste.

Beau Joie Brut is aged on lees for a minimum of 4 years. When Beau Joie Brut is disgorged, we add a very small amount of dosage to each bottle in order to highlight the fruit characteristics, while preserving lovely acidity and citrus notes.

Strawberry Rhubarb Melomel is fermented with local sourced strawberries and rhubarb and Manitoba honey producing a distinctive summer sensation.

The aroma of Beefeater Gin is both spicy & fruity, with a nice balance & a focus on the flavour of junipers. The palate is dry but ideally balanced with a herbal bouquet. Its finish is dry with citrus notes.

Beautiful golden hue in color with mouth-watering aromas of pie crust, lightly toasted marshmallow, banana cream pie, and hints of granny smith apple. On the palate is large, luscious tones of melon, bright apple and hints of buttery brioche.

Colour: pale pink colour, with salmon-pink lights. Nose: it provides a mixture of red fruit (currant, raspberry, and cherry), citrus (grapefruit) and grenadine aromas, enhanced by a touch of menthol. Palate: the attack is frank, held together with a freshness which is well-balanced and round.

A blend of L'Acadie and Chardonnay grapes. In the glass, a pale golden colour with a straw hue. On the nose suggestions of smoke and lemon rind with strong sea minerals undertones. The palate is luscious with vibrant notes of lime blossom and hints of smoke.

Soft salmon with a light pink hue. On the nose, notes of peaches, apricot and key lime unite with floral overtones of rosewater and white flowers. On the palate, the wine displays suggestions of ripe papayas, lemon zest, and a delicate level of sweetness in perfect harmony with its bright and crisp character.

This wine is bursting with aromas of ripe blackberry, roasted hazelnuts, and caramel. With intense concentration bolstered by Petit Verdot, this full-bodied wine has a creamy mouthfeel with ripe tannins and integrated acidity. The lingering finish boasts notes of toasted coconut, violet, and black cherry.

In making Beringer’s White Zinfandel, the focus is to highlight the fresh red berry, citrus and melon aromas and flavours, and round them out with subtle hints of nutmeg and clove. The wine has a youthful exuberance that is enjoyable as a sipper on its own, or with a variety of dishes.

Blended with smaller amounts of Merlot, Petit Verdot, Zinfandel and other varieties, this wine is lightly spiced and in balance, despite its powerful approach to ripeness. Tobacco, clove and black pepper enliven the darker, denser aspects of blackberry jam and dark chocolate, finishing unabashedly rich.

Refreshing, crisp citrus notes accentuate this lively Chardonnay. A medium, rounded mouthfeel is highlighted with flavours of lemon meringue and a pleasing acidity.

Red Quantum is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petite Sirah and Malbec. This wine offers up notes of blueberry and blackcurrant fruit, coffee bean, licorice and spice box. It is medium to full-bodied, exhibits outstanding ripeness, purity and depth.

Recognizable regional style, a sense of place and authenticity, a perfect example of balance. This wine demonstrates a bright intense cherry colour. It is attractive and intense on the nose with red fruits and blackberry standing out, with notes of spices, clove and chocolate on the base. Full on the mouth, fresh and fruity with sweet tannins. Sophie Valrose is a beautiful, pale salmon coloured rose. Elegantly fragrant with aromas of wild strawberries, citrus and delicate floral notes. Round and creamy on the palate, with refreshing acidity and a silky smooth finish

Crimson red colour. Exuberant aromatics of red licorice and redcurrants. Very well - balanced with grainy tannins and a clean finish.

Exemplifying the judicious balance of fruit and oak. Aromatic notes of blackcurrant and cassis. Full and rich -tasting with a generous mid - palate along with softened and even tannins.

Bison Tropical Vodka has a sweet and fruity flavour. This is achieved by combining tropical fruits such as pineapple, mango and coconut with soft vodka. Great to combine with fruit juices or over ice.

With our Malbec Merlot, our winemaker explored 13 blends before arriving on this smooth, medium bodied wine and aromas of dark red berries and cherry. The combination of the dark skinned Malbec and the juicy Merlot grape creates a luscious blend that embodies the mystique of the Black Cellar.

With our Shiraz Cabernet, our winemaker explored 19 different blends until the ultimate one was achieved. The result is a smooth, full-flavoured wine with an abundance of sweet cherry, blueberry and spice aromas and flavours that embody the mystique of the Black Cellar.

Outstanding nose on one of the newest award-winning Black Sage Vineyard releases - dominant blackcurrant and cherry. Great length with black fruits continuing to the last - this wine will continue to develop and improve in the next few years. Enjoy this luscious wine with fine beef cuisine. Excellent when accompanied by roasted beets shared with a tomato balsamic reduction. This wine would benefit from pairing with an aged goat's cheese or Balderson cheddar.

Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount of Merlot and Petite Sirah. All hand harvested grapes. Full bodied and balanced with an enticing nose of black cherry, blackberry and nuances of vanilla spice. On the palate, rich dark fruits of plum, black currant, cassis and cherry combine with well integrated tannins followed by a pleasant, lingering finish.

Rivaner is one of the traditional grape varieties within the Black Tower family. Pale straw colour; fresh, grapey aromas with citrus and apple notes; medium-dry with floral fruit and balanced acidity.

Blackened Whisky started as a collaboration between Master Distiller Dave Pickerell and Metallica, but when Dave passed away in 2018, Master Distiller Rob Dietrich joined the team in 2019 and now oversees the Blackened American Whiskey distilling process. A blend of hand-selected, well-aged North American bourbon & rye whiskeys, uniquely finished in black brandy casks and the earth-shattering music of Metallica. Each batch of whiskey is blasted with it's very own Metallica playlist, curated by the band themselves. Burnt caramel, oak and honey on the nose along with notes of cinnamon, allspice, dark fruit, clove and mint. The finish is long and smooth with a taste profile that is slightly creamy with hints of butterscotch, toffee and maple.

Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey uses a unique Solera System aging process to preserve some of the distillery’s oldest whiskey stocks. Aged in new charred American white oak barrels, this bourbon has a subtle aroma of fresh fruit and a taste that includes hints of dried apricot, ripe pear and a sweet roasted grain. The finish has notes of charred oak and warm winter spices.
