This sparkling wine is vinified from the Pinot Noir varietal. It offers all the delicacy of red fruits and flowers with good structure at the mid palate and no tannins.

Colour: pale pink colour, with salmon-pink lights. Nose: it provides a mixture of red fruit (currant, raspberry, and cherry), citrus (grapefruit) and grenadine aromas, enhanced by a touch of menthol. Palate: the attack is frank, held together with a freshness which is well-balanced and round.

The nose is layered with exotic spice, cracked black pepper and of course streaked with crushed vanillin, Palate is polished and smooth on entry but steeped in depth and texture as the flavors swirl around, lengthen and delight, the lasting impression is satisfying but subtle and fine.

An easy drinking wine with aromas of liquorice and blackcurrant. A fruity Côtes du Rhône, slightly spicy, with well balanced tannins. This wine is ready to drink, best enjoyed young and already very drinkable.

Made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino), its pale color is pleasing to the eye. Very pale pink and perfumed. Focused fruit and notably crisp with a fine dry finish.

The 2017 Château Beychevelle Grand Cru AOC Saint-Julien Bordeaux contains 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc. Chateau Beychevelle 2017 has a very deep purple colour. The nose is dominated by ripe red fruit. The colour is so deep and dense it is almost opaque. The nose is expansive, complex and elegant with vibrant black fruit aromas alongside praline and hints of mahogany, while the palate is full and luscious, its richness balancing beautifully with a vein of elegant minerality. Well-structured tannins give a velvety, succulent mouthfeel. The Cabernet Franc grapes have produced a wine of beauty, style and elegance, with excellent aging potential.

Pey La Tour shows a very deep, shimmering ruby color. On the nose, red fruits such as blackcurrant, & blackberry prelude to a very fruity palate. The wine is fleshy, mild, with a remarkable freshness for the vintage giving a crunchy ripe fruit sensation.

Deep garnet, red fruit, concentrated, balanced. Aging potential: very good.

This cuvée made with about 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc is a blend of different lots reflecting the diversity of all local terroirs: the clay bringing the body, the gravel giving the structure and the chalk ensuring the finesse. The current blend is mainly the 2010 vintage ; the exceptional climatic conditions of this vintage are expressed when tasting the wine which shows a deep intense color, some scents of black fruits (mulberries, cherries) greatly backed up by a lovely integrated tanic structure, this enhancing a long and complex final.

This blend of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre has sweet raspberry and black cherry on the nose, with some herbs, licorice and pepper notes. Great fruit flavours in the mouth complement the herbs, spice and licorice notes. Medium- to full-bodied with sweet tannins leading to a long finish, this is an ideal wine for lamb dishes.

Woody muted red fruit nose. There is good stuffing and precision here with attractive cherry fruit, light tannins and good acidity.

This Chardonnay is pale in appearance with strong green tints. Clear and fresh on the nose, it offers up notes of white flowers and a hint of citrus. Subtle and fresh on entry to the palate with lemony notes coming through on the mid-palate.

This is a blend of Grenache Noir and Syrah grapes. Deep, bright ruby color. Fruity and spiced bouquet evoking notes of cassis and prune. On the palate fresh and full, supple and fruity with dominant notes of small black fruit and licorice. A long and pleasing finish.

Fresh, perfumed nose with notes of peach, pear and apple. Well balanced wine with a great finish.

The palate is honeyed with lush stone fruit and spice. It has an oily weight, great balance with white pepper, citrus peel, anise and ginger on the clingy finish.

Aromas of minerally dark berries and spice are followed by a bit of violet as the wine opens. These aromas carry through on the palate with a refreshing tart fruitiness and moderate tannins

Styled to be fuller in body and structure than most of Jadot's Mâconnais wines, it is partially fermented and aged in oak casks to add breadth to the ripe fruit notes. An excellent balance of medium-full fruit and acidity on the palate and a lingering finish. Perfect with hors d'oeuvres, white meats, poultry, sea fruits, grilled fish and goat cheese. It is best served chilled.

The Bourgogne blanc is pale yellow with green tinges. It is floral on the nose and clean and lively with resin hints on the palate.

100% Chardonnay that has been aged 8-10 months in stainless steel vats. Aromas of pineapple, honey and hints of vanilla. On the palate, it is a full-bodied and round wine with fresh almond notes.

An attractive, dense and glittering red with purple highlights. The supple and fruity attack opens on notes of blackcurrant and morello cherry, while the mid-palate brings silky, well-rounded tannins. The slightly spicy finish expresses all the typical characteristics of ripe merlot. A supple, fruity, modern and well-balanced wine.

Strong fruity flavors such as pineapple and lychee, as well as rose petal. Hints of spices ( nutmeg and white pepper). When aired the nose exhales subtle notes of gingerbread and ripe fruit. The attack on the palate is delicate and silky.

This rose blend is comprised of Pinot Noir(which is domnant), Meunier and chardonnay grapes. An original and juicy wine which simultaneously offers black cherry, blackberry, pink grapefruit and blood orange notes. Warm and spicy notes of Espelette pepper, tea and liquorice.

Delicate red berry aromas with mineral notes, along with floral hints and a subtle spice. The use of partial oak aging adds a creamy feel and texture to this wine, and the flinty minerality embus it with another layer of complexity. Powerful and elegant. Firm acidity with a long and silky finish.

No fewer than 50 individual wines make up this cuvée. The traditional proportions for Demi Sec are: 40 to 45% Pinot Noir, 30 to 35% Meunier, 20 to 25 % Chardonnay. Demi Sec shows rich praline and hints of toast.
