Chambord black raspberry liqueur is hand crafted with raspberries, blackberries, Moroccan citrus peel, Madagascar vanilla, honey, XO cognac, herbs and spices. Only two Chartreuse monks know the identity of the 130 plants, how to blend them and how to distill them into this world famous liqueur. They are also the only ones who know which plants they have to macerate to produce the natural green and yellow colours. And they alone supervise the slow ageing in oak casks. Fireball Cinnamon Whisky needs no introduction. If you haven’t tried it yet, just imagine what it feels like to stand face-to-face with a fire-breathing dragon who just ate a whisky barrel full of spicy cinnamon. Fireball is a Canadian whisky blended with natural cinnamon flavour.

Brilliant, acid-yellow golden colour with green tinges. The nose is reminiscent of Tic-Tac peppermint sweets with hints of anise, juniper and delicate vanilla. Anise and peppermint come to the fore on the palate, which explodes with fresh herbs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and citrus. You are left with a lingering taste of smooth vanilla and refreshing peppermint and spice.

Monkey 47 is a batch distilled and handcrafted gin from Germany’s Black Forest, and was created with the use of 47 ingredients. Clear with a silvery, glycerous appearance. Crisp and fresh on the nose. The initial perfumed burst is of sweet berry / juniper and assorted fresh citrus peel; further aeration releases pine needle, lavender and clove-like scents.
