This American-style IPA has medium to high hop bitterness. Aromas an flavours include: floral, citrus and piney/resinous. A bit of caramel malt barley provides the richness that mellows out the twang of the hops. Hops used include Cascade Centennial, Chinook and a splash of Honorary "C" hop and Simcoe.

Named after the legendary Sultana Gold Mine on Lake of the Woods. The mine, located on Sultana Island, proposed for over a decade and eventually flooded in 1902. The gold may not have been panned out, but this clean, crisp, sessionable ale certainly did.

Old Speckled Hen is a rich, golden amber intermingled with hints of vibrant red. The aroma is very fruity with rich, malty undertones. Malt loaf and toffee flavours give a beautiful, balanced sweetness.

Shredder: a New Zealand Pilsner highlight hops from New Zealand. Lots of lite citrus, grapfruit, kiwi, and grassy notes. Capt'n Grog Hazy IPA: tons of fruity juiciness and a fluffy mouthfeel. Sluggo WCIPA: malty flavour but balances well with the hops for easy drinking. Haymaker: a Cold IPA. Brewed using corn as a adjunct keeping the malty flavours at bay and accentuating the robust hop profile.

Naturally cloudy and shining silky gold in the glass under a really strong head of foam. At the first mouthful there is a mild aroma of banana. Finer palates detect a trace of mango and pineapple and the balance between sweet and bitter. Beer connoisseurs appreciate the fine note of yeast and the mild but sparkling mix of aromas.

Brewed with pure spring water and whole-flower hops from Hallertau & Saaz, this beer follows the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. Stiegl is not pasteurized, giving it full flavour. As a Bavarian-style lager, the taste is more mellow and rounder than northern European lagers.

This is deeply hued lager with a distinctive, sweetish malty taste, balanced by a smooth bitterness.

Empress NW Double IPA: It’s built on a deceptively simple base of pale malts and loaded with the most dank and citrusy west coast hops we could find. and Flagship Hazy IPA: The hops are still big, tropical, and pungent. The malt is still a pillowy cloud of delicate sweetness.
