Cocoa, the basis of Nero Bottega, comes from a plant whose botanical name is Theobroma, or food of the gods, and is the main ingredient of this exquisite liqueur. The union of cocoa with an alcohol solution creates a product recalling the inebriating sensations of dark chocolate. Thanks to its mixing technique, it is creamy and smooth, conquering even the most refined palates. With a final touch of grappa, Nero Bottega gains a particular aromaticity, making it unique, unmistakable & Lactose Free.

This pistachio green creamy liqueur is pleasantly characterized by an intense aroma of pistachio. Pistachios now grow spontaneously on the Sicilian volcano Mount Etna, they are turned into a paste and then mixed with alcohol, water and sugar creating a creamy round velvety liqueur.

Bottega Raspberry Cream is a Raspberry, White Chocolate Cream Liqueur. The moderate alcohol base makes it very soft on the palate with the unmistakable flavour of Raspberries.

Bottega Tiramisu Cream Liqueur looks & tastes like it sounds, a luscious dessert. Typical of Tiramisu cream light beige with yellowish highlights. The bouquet is characterized by a harmonious balance of Savoiardi biscuits, coffee & cocoa with hints of cream, mascarpone and egg. The palate is pleasant & attractive enhancing the notes of coffee & biscuit. The enveloping flavour of mascarpone finishes with cocoa.

Brilliant amber to copper colour. It has a well-balanced aroma of apples with vanilla tones. Smooth and fruity with an incomparable elegance and aromatic richness. Full rich and lengthy.

The nose is rich with apricot, peach and tropical fruit with hints of orange rind. Delicate sweetness builds to a luxurious sensation of peach and honey and finishes with fresh notes of lychee.

A simple, straight forward and intense wine with aromas of honey, apricot, and flower gardens in full bloom. Sweet but carefully balanced with corresponding acidity.

Fernet Branca is an Amaro. Aromas include: herbal, anise, bitter orange, citrus, saffron, spice and mint. The palate has citrus marmalade flavour complemented by a blend of butterscotch, graham cracker and cocoa. The Finish is sweet and powerful accented by espresso and campfire notes.

The Cabernet Franc Icewine has a rich, aromatic nose of strawberry, cranberry and cherry. The palate has deeper, more complex flavours of pepper that balances the sweetness. Rich apricots and honey on the nose with a lingering aroma of fresh peaches. On the palate more complex flavours of honey, ripe tropical fruits, and lychee are present with a well balanced sweetness. Soft citrus notes are peeking through and complement the balanced acidity in the wine. Serve chilled to approximately 12°C. Fresh apple aroma combined with notes of nutmeg and allspice. Full bodied, superb, with a rich mouth feel.

Patrón Silver uses only the finest 100% Weber blue agave. It is handmade in small batches to be smooth, soft, and easily mixable. Crystal clear in colour with aromas of fresh agave, fruit, and citrus. Taste is smooth and sweet with fresh agave and hints of citrus and a light pepper finish.
