A unique whisky showing enticing aromas of sweet exotic fruit, ripe pear, cherry, citrus notes and subtle floral scents. Intense sweet fruity flavours of pear and apricot nectar and caramelized papaya. Finishes sweet with bourbon vanilla.

Aromas include: white flowers, orange blossoms, pear and citrus; the palate is smooth and creamy with cereal, malt, toffee, roasted nuts, vanilla and subtle peat. The finish is fruity with dried apricot and a vanilla malt finish.

Aromas include: iris, malted barley, exotic fruit, liquorice, flowers and beeswax; the palate is firm, lively and elegant with notes of malted barley, liquorice, baking spices, chocolate, fresh tobacco leaves and coconut. The finish is long with lemon, grapefruit, tobacco, ginger, toasted nuts, stewed fruits and exotic notes of lychee.

Aromas of mellow peat and salty notes at first, then candied citrus, black liquorice, spice and dried twig. The palate shows peat, smoke, spices, fresh melon, almond and chocolate notes. The long finish shows ripe fruit, herbaceous and malty notes, coastal freshness, and earthy leather notes.

Lively, aromatic, and grain-forward, with bright notes of red fruits, black currant, and roasted caraway seeds. Lots of depth on the palate, with baked raspberry and blackberry notes. It's hot and spicy, but water quells it without losing the spice explosion, red berry notes, and roasted rye. Warm and more mellow on the finish, with excellent integration of oak, coffee, and bitter chocolate. Spice and tartness, with ably balanced fruit.

For a quarter of a century, casks of this rare expression of Old Pulteney Single Malt Scotch Whisky breathed the invigorating sea air of the Caithness coast. Aged firstly in American oak, its spicy sweetness was later granted depth and colour by casks of Spanish oak. Elegant and charismatic.

Intense ruby red colour, a full-bodied wine with intense fruity perfumes, with soft, supple tannins and a long finish. Excellent with typical Mediterranean specialties such as rich pasta dishes, grilled swordfish and grilled red meat. To be served at 16-18 °C.

A pale coloured wine with lovely, delicate aromas of lemon and citrus fruits, very fresh in the mouth with a typical almond taste on the finish. Pairs best with starters; main courses such as risotto with shrimps or spaghetti with mussels, and many fish dishes. To be served at 10-12° C.

Ultra smooth silver tequila with notes of cooked agave, spices, sweet caramel. Long lasting flavour.

Straw yellow colour, with aromas of sea spray, bonfire smoke, damp earth and spicy cinnamon. Flavours of crushed pear, apple and freshly baked bread provide the perfect finish to this memorable melody.

Matured in bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Madeira casks before it's bottled, imparting an intriguing touch of vibrant sweetness.

The distinct pink hue of Prose comes from a unique strain of purple sweet potatoes. Neutral aroma with a slightly earthy/velvet body.

Grapes for this Malbec are grown in the Andes Mountains of Argentina, then chilled and transported by ocean voyage to Caymus, where we use our winemaking techniques to create a style that is dense, dark and supple. Red Schooner does not include a vintage date but is known by the voyage from which it traveled (i.e. Voyage 10 is the 2020 vintage). Strikingly smooth, with scents and flavors of dark fruit and fine, textural tannins.

A blend of over 53 rare malt and grain whiskies, to reflect the year Royal Salute was first crafted, the Royal Salute Coronation of King Charles III Edition is a beautifully rich and complex expression with notes of fresh redcurrants, dark chocolate praline, and freshly roasted chestnuts, and a palate of sweet figs and fresh ginger leading up to a long and rich finish with a playful spice.

Lumina Pinot Grigio offers golden apple, honeyed pear, and citrus notes, along with a pleasant touch of minerality. Medium-bodied, lively and clean. This is a well balanced wine with crisp acidity and a satisfying finish.

Colour: Golden Aroma: Distinguished rye spiciness, mingling with mellow oak, above a soft layer of vanilla. Flavour: Cascading pepper from the rye caressingly wrapped in mouth coating oily viscosity and sweet biscuity, cereal, and dried fruit notes.

Sadashi is a Japanese whiskey with a golden colour. The nose has a woody scent with hints of vanilla and flowers. On the palate, the fresh wooden barrel dominates with a hint of nectar, pure malt, a little citrus, oak notes, Mizunara, coffee beans. Aging occurs in in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, and then delicately finished in Mizunara oak casks. Mizunara is one of the rarest and most expensive types of oak in the world, and gives a delicate touch of spicy flavour and sandalwood to this remarkable spirit.

Colour amber gold, shiny; A very fruity and very fine bouquet with a touch of vanilla, overall, however, of a pulpy red fruit. Round and pleasant to the nose. Taste pulpy, ample round and balanced; the first touch of old Armagnac. Still young and yet adult, this Bas Armagnac has the charm of its age: light, delicate and smooth.

Sandro Bottega Grappa starts with a clean & perfumed bouquet characterized buy fresh fruit & a note of wildflowers. The taste is dry, well balanced with a persistent fruity aftertaste & herbaceous hints at the finish.

This grappa is derived from Glera grapes which are the grapes used to make Prosecco and has been aged in barrels that have undergone a special smoking process. Its olfactory notes are reminiscent of dried raisins, vanilla & sweet spices. The taste is smooth & round and is characterized by a spicy aftertaste with a delicate aroma of vanilla on the finish.

Fruity sweet on the nose with notes of soft peach, pineapple, vanilla intermingled with subtle bonfire smoke. Peach and ripe pear flavours and creamy caramel toffee and vanilla balanced perfectly with soft smoke. The finish is very long an markedly smoky.

Islay peat smoke and sea salt on the nose, followed by warming leather notes, stewed rhubarb and a wonderful vanilla sweetness in the mouth, leading to a rich lingering finish.

Our Pinot Noir is sourced from premier coastal regions, with cooling breezes off the Pacific Ocean that balance the bright warmth of the sun. These ideal conditions allow for an extended growing season, enabling us to create a layered wine that holds broad appeal. Strikingly soft, with scents of baked cherries, vanilla and brown spice.

A rich, sea-weedy, and intensely peaty whisky. The flavour is fresh, fruity and immense. With notes of sherry, iodine, toffee, smoke and sea salt all fighting for recognition. Like a cannonball - an explosive rollercoaster of peat, smoke and spice with some delicate sweetness.

With Smokehead meets a rum cask cousin. Fiery peat smoke and burnt marshmallows, softened with caramelised fruit.

Casual fruity character with aromas and flavours of sweet grapes and ripe pear, along with light floral and yeasty notes.

This expression “Finished in Port Casks” IS a limited edition (only 13 360 individually numbered bottles were produced). Maturation occurred in oak casks; some previously held Tawny Port and others previously held a fortified Portuguese wine produced in the Douro region. The nose is well-balanced notes of black and dry fruits (raisin, prune) roasted nuts, coffee, dried flowers, honey and toffee. The taste is smooth and subtle. Dry fruits aromas, notes of black fruits and roasted nuts, with a hint of minerality.

A blend of 5 world whiskies. Gold colour with aromas of vanilla, pineapple like fruitiness and wood. Smooth on the palate with gradual smokiness and spices. Has a nice long finish.

A uniquely distilled gin crafted to deliver the fruity flavour of French Blackcurrant. Ripe and juicy fruit without being overly sweet, the added botanicals give a sophisticated profile.

Tenjaku is the Japanese characters for the Skylark (Hibari) songbird, this craft gin that truly captures the aromas of Japan. Featuring yuzu, sansho pepper, peach, green tea and other unique botanicals that linger in the mouth. Crystal-clear spring water, refined through the bountiful four seasons, ties these ingredients together in a perfect combination.

Pleasant juniper taste with a well balanced citruses blackcurrants and mint background. Long finish.

Rich mahogany in colour with layers of heather honey, cinnamon, butterscotch and sticky raisins on the nose. Notes of mocha linger in the background lead into bursts of orange zest, heather honey and damson on the pallet. Lashings of mocha, dark chocolate, cinnamon, figs and dates persist in the lengthy finish.

Triple distilled, and aged in American oak Bourbon casks and Oloroso Sherry casks. Ripe and fruity aromas with luscious peach, dried apricot and tropical fruit notes with additional hints of orange blossom and vanilla fudge. Vanilla sweetness, granola, toasted almonds and honey, a little oak, digestive biscuits, apricots, and a hint of cocoa flavours fill the mouth. A lovely maltiness and sweet oak deliver a smooth finish.

This is a blend of 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still whiskeys. Zesty spice aromas, with black pepper and peach notes. The pot still spice comes through on the palate, with dark chocolate and bourbon oak notes. The finish lingers pleasantly with hints of oak and butterscotch.

To the nose, lemony citrus with hints of green apples, vanilla/sugar. The taste & the finish are bitter, bitter almond, malty oak. The finish fades to bitter notes of fresh oak. Young whiskey, light and straight forward. Would probably be a very good whiskey to incorporate marmalades recipes.

This is a bright and intensely red Cabernet Merlot whose colour speaks of its fresh and fruity aromas. Hints of black plums combine beautifully with those of ripe berries and a touch of vanilla. The palate is soft, but full with a pleasant finish. Serve with red meats or cheese.

This Chardonnay has a beautiful, young yellow colour with golden hints. Exuberant and complex, this wine conveys refreshing citrus aromas, fruity notes of white peaches, along with hints of pear and pineapple. It is both pleasantly fresh and fruit with a soft and refreshing palate that is balanced and slightly sweet. This is best served with fish and mild seafood.

Very flavourful with light smoke and a touch of strawberries in balsamic vinegar. Additional notes of exotic spices, citrus and tropical fruits are found in the taste profile.

Ruby red, beautifully soft and easy-drinking, its lovely ripe plum and red fruit flavours almost jump out of the glass.

Up front tropical fruit on the nose with a hint of green fig and fresh-cut grass, it's crisp, fresh and elegant. Pick up juicy, tangy gooseberry on the very thirst-quenching flavour.

Yellow Label is the signature of Veuve Clicquot’s quality and style. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes from as many as 50 to 60 different Crus(vineyards) go to the blending of Yellow Label. This golden-yellow wine is immediately pleasing to the nose while its complexity explodes on the palate. The initial notes of peach, Mirabelle plum and pear are followed by more discreet aromas of brioche and vanilla.

This Cava is made from a blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada, Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes. Brilliant gold to the eye. Aromas and flavours of crisp green apple, citrus, baked bread, white flower and toast. Elegant with fine bubbles.

Lovely dense sweet fruit with chocolate, ripe berry, spice/anise and subtle caramel flavours. Great texture, very long.

In our pursuit of an authentically American single malt whiskey, we bring our signature five-malt barley bill together with new American oak casks. This combination produces a dramatically different whiskey from what is now commonplace and expected in the single malt category. But just as traditional styles of single malt from Scotland emerged as a reflection of regions such as Islay and Speyside, so too does our American Oak stay true to the provenance of our Pacific Northwest home.

Deep crimson with a solid core. Dark, rich fruit on the nose, with hints of black cherry and fruitcake. The aromas flow through to the palate which also shows hints of dark chocolate and velvety tannins. Rich and smooth with great fruit intensity.

A wonderful blend of Single Pot and Single Malt whiskey with aromas of apple and hints of vanilla. Gently spiced with ginger and orchard fruit flavours followed by a long and elegant finish that highlights notes of dark chocolate.

A medium to full bodied traditional Shiraz with distinct, rich plum and pepper characters. Parcels of the ripe fruit flavours are complexed by oak tannins, as a result of maturation in oak hogsheads for up to fifteen months, leaving a smooth, lasting finish.

Aromas of spice, licorice, blackberry and plum. Dry, full- bodied and softly structured with flavours of plum, ripe berry and a sweet fruit centre. Finish is long and spicy. Enjoy with a good steak, or in front of a roaring fire.
