Warm raisin bread and baking spices surround notes of smoky barley on the nose. The Palate is powerful yet delicate. The silky texture gives way to baking spices and juicy grapes. Heavy, thickly oaked and complex with smoke on the nose turns into warming, full blown peat and then followed by a sherry trifle note. The flavours develop into a really intense chocolate fudge that resonates through the palate.

Fresh, floral, herbal and tart aromas. Flavourful with hints of mixed herbs and cedar wood. Very zesty and vibrant with hints of smoked orange and grapefruit. The taste profile reveals a lively, vibrant, sharp texture leading into very firm, distinctive flavours, malty - biscuit, aniseed and cardamon. The finish is long and lingering with firm notes of mint, tar, oak and leather.

On the nose, sweet, scented wood, wisps of pine resin, aniseed toffee, citrus and cayenne pepper. Flavourful with notes of smoked brown sugar, sugar coated walnuts and gentle spices.

Brennivin is a caraway flavoured aquavit (un-sweetened schnapps) and is the countries signature spirit. Introduced in 1935, Brennivin is made from the extraordinarily pure Icelandic water imparting it with deliciously sweet taste and a soft finish. Have no doubts however this is an aquavit, and Brennivin has the right level of intensity with notes of caraway seeds. Best enjoyed on its own ice cold or use its unique taste to experiment with cocktails.

Miguel Torres brand produces this Chilean Brandy using Rose Muscatel and Muscat of Alexandria grape varieties. Colourless with an exuberant floral notes of roses and jasmine, in addition to candied citrus peels. On the palate, it is appetizing and even creamy, with a long and persistent aftertaste.

Sloe gin is created by carefully steeping sloe berries over several months in dry gin, it is then blended with natural sugars. Sandro Bottega Grappa starts with a clean & perfumed bouquet characterized buy fresh fruit & a note of wildflowers. The taste is dry, well balanced with a persistent fruity aftertaste & herbaceous hints at the finish.

This grappa is derived from Glera grapes which are the grapes used to make Prosecco and has been aged in barrels that have undergone a special smoking process.
