It is perfectly balanced with refreshing acidity, plush weight on the mid-palate and a wonderfully supple texture. The expansive fruit flavours carry through to a long, pure and persistent finish. When asked to describe this wine, I simply say it’s like a taste of Christmas, all year long.

Red Quantum is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petite Sirah and Malbec. This wine offers up notes of blueberry and blackcurrant fruit, coffee bean, licorice and spice box. It is medium to full-bodied, exhibits outstanding ripeness, purity and depth.

Exemplifying the judicious balance of fruit and oak. Aromatic notes of blackcurrant and cassis. Full and rich -tasting with a generous mid - palate along with softened and even tannins.

This wine has an intense purple red color. On the nose, there are notes of red fruits such as plums and blackberries with more freshness than in other years, and the aromas are balanced with notes of coffee and vanilla from the wood. The palate is voluminous, fruity with hints of violet and elegant tannins. There are soft oak notes and a long finish.

Carrera is a beautiful estate blend which is dominated by Cabernet and Merlot, with tiny splashes of Petit Verdot and Malbec.

Bottega Gold is a sparkling Prosecco; the Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of the province of Treviso. Bright, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet is very comples with green apples, pear, citrus fruits, white flowers, acacia, wisteria, lily of the valley and spices. The taste is light with livelinees and balanced acidity.

This Islay whisky shows initial aromas of sweet pear drops, vanilla fudge, chocolate and marzipan, on the palate the oak and malt notes overlap each other with toasted rye bread, buttery popcorn, fresh oak, vanilla fudge and smooth caramel. The organic barley seems to give more fruit from the distillation and more viscous texture which is a joy to the olfactory senses.

The current blend is 85% Merlot, with 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich, round and plush with a deep purple colour. Noticeable fruit notes consisting of dark plum and dark berry. Possessing an elegant and long drawn - out finish.

78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot. Deep red colour with purple highlights along the edges. Noticeable aroma of black cherry, licorice and blackcurrant. Silky and fresh! The tannins are well - integrated producing a well balanced, elegant wine.

The colour is so deep and dense it is almost opaque. The nose is expansive, complex and elegant with vibrant black fruit aromas alongside praline and hints of mahogany, while the palate is full and luscious, its richness balancing beautifully with a vein of elegant minerality. Well-structured tannins give a velvety, succulent mouthfeel. The Cabernet Franc grapes have produced a wine of beauty, style and elegance, with excellent aging potential.

Dark, intense colour. The proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon is historically high, bringing structure and depth. Dense, perfectly ripe tannins provide persistence and fullness. A wine of great aromatic complexity, with notes of blackberry, licorice and blond tobacco, precise, and marked by a fresh, slightly saline finish.

This Cabernet Franc has been matured in French oak for 16 months. On the nose raspberry, plum and white pepper. Flavours of red plum, cherry and a touch of herbs.

The nose of our Pinot Noir is ripe with plum, aromatic spice and red florals. The palate is focused with a savoury architecture; bittersweet chocolate, dark fruit and spice play with leather and hints of earthiness. Chalky tannins linger on a persistent finish

This Saint-Julien blend is comprised of 63% Merlot and 37% Cabernet Sauvignon. Maturation has occurred for 15 months, 15% were new oak barrels. Bouquet includes; red berry fruit, cinnamon and touches of brown spice. The palate is fruity and well-balanced, tannins are well structured.

Bright fruit and slight notes of toasting, light tobacco. A wine with substance, carried by perfectly integrated, well-coated tannins.

Varietal Composition is 58% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Malbec, 7% Petite Verdot, and 6% Zinfandel. Aged a total of 24 months. The nose offers an explosion of dark fruit with decadent aromas of raspberry-filled chocolates, black currant, mulberry and huckleberry jam, as well as more savory notes of cedar and spice. On the palate, firm tannins underscore this wine’s opulence and ageability, framing the blackberry, fig and black currant flavors, with bright underlying acidity providing poise and finesse to the long, layered finish.

The varietal composition for this vintage is 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Petit Verdot. It has been aged a total of 24 months in barrel. Enticing aromas of black cherry, red currant and rose petals mingle with sophisticated hints of hazelnut, clove, caramel and fig preserves. A silky palate with juicy layers of plum, tayberry and chocolate-covered blueberries are framed by elegantly structured tannins, with notes of red licorice, mint, maple and sage adding complexity to a long, dynamic finish.

Aromas of dried cherry, cranberry, plum, caramel and mocha fill the senses, followed by vibrant flavours of cherry pie filling and cola. A velvety texture and bright acidity distinguish this naturally-balanced wine.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Vinification includes double-sorting and whole-berry fermentation using native yeasts. Bottled unfiltered and unfined. Aged 20mths in mostly new French Oak. Notes of blackberries, black cherries, licorice, cedar box and earthiness.

Intense red cherry colour. Complex and elegant on the nose with aromas of plum and sweet spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. Slight notes of almonds with the oak very well integrated. Good structure on the mouth with notes of mature fruit and chocolate. A lively wine with good tannic concentration. Long and persistent.

The vines are grown on low-vigour, stony, clay-rich soil, in a cool maritime mesoclimate. The naturally tiny yields of under 30 hl/ha and philosophy of expressing the terroir in the wines- give rise to a certain tightness, tannin line and elevated length to balance the richness and generosity of this Pinot Noir. Wonderfully high natural acidity and dense, complex, concentrated fruit flavours. Soft, “sweet” and generally shows hints of that alluring savoury “primal” character along with a dark, spicy, complex primary fruit perfume. Like 2009, another excellent vintage.

This Pinot Noir is bright, deep crimson in color. Mercurey has a well-rounded nose and develops aromas of jammy red berries and humus. On the palate starts quite soft and then turns into a powerful and well-structured wine with good length and beautiful tannins.

Woody muted red fruit nose. There is good stuffing and precision here with attractive cherry fruit, light tannins and good acidity.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon is sustainably sourced from two renowned Paso Robles vineyards. Dense purple in color, aromas of dark red fruit, blueberry, black cherry, cassis and cola with a dusting of baking spice. The wine is velvety and lush presenting delicious flavours of black cherry and blackberry with back notes of coffee, mocha and a hint of vanilla. The flavors are complemented by lively acidity and fine tannins.

This Chardonnay is pale in appearance with strong green tints. Clear and fresh on the nose, it offers up notes of white flowers and a hint of citrus. Subtle and fresh on entry to the palate with lemony notes coming through on the mid-palate.

Aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries, blackberries and cola with notes of allspice. On the palate, bright fruit flavours and acidity lead to soft, velvety tannins.

100% Pinot Noir that has been aged 10-12 months in stainless steel vats and oak barrels. A shiny red color with a beautiful deepness. The typical red fruit nose is dominated by cherry. Good suppleness on the palate, this wine is rather round with some spicy notes.

This Chassagne - Montrachet red wine has a deep ruby colour. On the nose, it reveals aromas of undergrowth, cassis and hints of coffee. The taste profile reveals notes of cherries & nutmeg and has a fresh finish.

Meruge red wine presents elegant and velvety, with soft tannins and very balanced acidity, it is very fresh and harmonious. It is tasty, balanced and very enjoyable to drink.

The blend is comprised of three grapes varietals: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Colour of golden straw yellow with green highlights. Aromatic intensity of green apple and citrus fruit; the freshness of mineral nuances and white flowers and; the elegance of blond notes (brioche, cereal, fresh nuts). On the palate sumptuousness of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach, apple); the alluring caress of fine bubbles and; the soft vivacity of citrus fruit and nuances of gooseberry.

The blend is comprised of three grapes varietals: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Glowing pink with amber highlights. An intense bouquet of red fruits (wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry): floral nuances of rose and a hint of pepper. An expressive palate combining intensity and suppleness: the juicy, persistent intensity of berries (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant); the fleshiness and firmness of peach; and the freshness of a subtle note of menthol.

This rose blend is comprised of Pinot Noir(which is domnant), Meunier and chardonnay grapes. An original and juicy wine which simultaneously offers black cherry, blackberry, pink grapefruit and blood orange notes. Warm and spicy notes of Espelette pepper, tea and liquorice.

The Brut Reserve is a blend in equal parts of the three grape varieties: pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay from 30 different crus(vineyards). It displays a beautiful golden straw coloured hue, as well as abundant and fine bubbles. It first delivers aromas of pear and mango and then releases light flavours of honeysuckle and white jasmine, lingering on vanilla and brioche notes. On the palate, flavours of quince jelly and apricot jam mingle with acacia honey.

The palate is very seductive and complex, full of intense red berried fruits with intriguing exotic spices and a long lingering finish. This wine can be enjoyed right now but also has the ability to age for another 5-8 years. We recommend baked salmon, roasted duck and other game dishes with this wine.

A vivid red color. The aroma is intense, exuberant and very floral and reminiscent of the scented Rockrose surrounded by fruits of the forest such as cassis; mint and some refined, elegant, well-integrated woody notes. Fresh on the palate, with a hint of cherry. Soft and velvety, presents smooth tannins, and is very well balanced against acidity, giving the wine complexity and longevity. The after-taste is long and well-flavored.

Very dark very dense. Blackberries and other black fruit aromas mingle with interesting and complicated scents of violets, forest floor, and aromatic spices.

Not produced every vintage, this special wine has deep, blackberry fruit with savoury and white sage flavours balanced by sweet oak spices.

Our Pinot Noir is sourced from premier coastal regions, with cooling breezes off the Pacific Ocean that balance the bright warmth of the sun. These ideal conditions allow for an extended growing season, enabling us to create a layered wine that holds broad appeal. Strikingly soft, with scents of baked cherries, vanilla and brown spice.

Fully ripe grapes with 10% botrytis were selectively hand-picked in early November, preceded by a “green Harvest” in mid-September. Fermentation with grapes' own “wild” yeast in a stainless-steel tank took 9 months. Very concentrated golden fruits and honey notes; very elegant. Ageing potential of 30+ years.

Inviting aroma of pear, pineapple and orange blossom with a lifted floral note. Medium - bodied, the wine has a soft palate balanced by pleasant acidity and a subtle touch of oak in the finish.
