The distinct character of the Aberfeldy 12 is the result of uniting the Highland's finest natural resources. Created with fresh spring water from the nearby Pitilie Burn, they are truly "Scotch" Scotches, as only Scottish Optic Barley is used. Colour: Full, gold yellow. 100% Bobal grape. Raspberry red colour. Aromas include red fruit, currants, cherries, and strawberries. On the palate it is dry and very refreshing.

Heavy, thickly oaked and complex with smoke on the nose turns into warming, full blown peat and then followed by a sherry trifle note. The flavours develop into a really intense chocolate fudge that resonates through the palate.

This Sangria is produced like wine and during fermentation lemons and soft fruit that are grown within the vines are added, giving the natural fruitiness to the wine.

Blackened Whisky started as a collaboration between Master Distiller Dave Pickerell and Metallica, but when Dave passed away in 2018, Master Distiller Rob Dietrich joined the team in 2019 and now oversees the Blackened American Whiskey distilling process. A blend of hand-selected, well-aged North American bourbon & rye whiskeys, uniquely finished in black brandy casks and the earth-shattering music of Metallica. Each batch of whiskey is blasted with it's very own Metallica playlist, curated by the band themselves. Burnt caramel, oak and honey on the nose along with notes of cinnamon, allspice, dark fruit, clove and mint. Barrel aged in virgin American oak barrels between one and three years to attain its rich golden colour and complex flavour profile. This añejo delivers rich notes of cacao, tobacco, almonds and died fruits. The finish is smooth, buttery, elegant, and long-lasting.

Bottled directly after distillation to preserve the character of the agave this pours crystal clear and is fragrant with apple and spice. The palate is smooth with mild sweetness and flavours of agave, citrus, and white spice followed by a clean yet warming finish.

We took the undeniably delicious flavours of butter, cream, toasted pecans, and caramel and blended them all up with Ole Smoky moonshine. The result was nothing short of heavenly.

The key to the intense flavours and spicy aromas in this wine are the mature grapes and modern technology which allows for strict temperature control during fermentation: its gentle agitation of the wine extracts more colour and tannin from the skins, and the partial pressure this vessel is under during the time of fermentation allows higher concentration of fruit flavours to remain in the wine. Finally, this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in the barrel room, which stabilizes its red colour and enhances its firm tannic finish. This Cabernet Franc is best served with pasta or red sauce, barbecued foods, roast beef or lamb.
