2011 is a great tribute to the Haut-Bailly terroir, expressed fully through the characteristics of this vintage. A classic nose of soft fresh fruits supported by a strong yet fine tannic structure; this is a wine of real precision, stamped with the seal of Haut-Bailly.

This has some slightly rugged grip, with a prominent charcoal frame. Delivers ample flesh at the core, offering plum cake, currant preserves and smouldering tobacco leaf notes, offset by a tangy hint of anise. Should settle in well enough after modest cellaring.

Pale yellow with green hints. Rich, with notes of grapefruit and tropical fruits. A very aromatic palate, round and acidulous. Beautiful length.

Intense aromas of vanilla, coffee, red fruit, spice and herbs. Rich palate with soft tannins, vanilla and red fruit flavours, with excellent length.

With a fine tannic structure, this full, elegant wine finishes on a delicate woody note. A bouquet with fine aromas of cherry and black currant enhanced with a light note of spice and vanilla.

Rich and dense, dark black currant colour. Intense red fruit with spicy notes. Powerful and smooth on the palate, this is a robust wine with licorice notes and sweet red pepper on the finish.

Round, soft and well-matured tannins. Easy to drink with favours of ripe cherry and plum.

A delightful blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan. Brimming with berry fruit flavours and a hint of spice. Tannins and acid are beautifully balanced.

Careful blending of Grenache Blanc, Marsanne and Roussanne deliver a fresh, bouncy and loveable French white wine. Aromas and flavours of green plum, pear, honeysuckle, Granny Smith apples, a Meyer lemon and apricot. Pleasing fullness and weight on the palate, rounded off with a zesty note in the finish.
