Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were vinified exclusively in barrels. Riddled and disgorged by hand. To the eye gold glints. Bree Riesling offers aromas of crisp apple, passion fruit and lime with sweet, fruity flavours of pear, peaches and nectarine. Pairs well with salads, fish, chicken, bratwurst, shellfish, ham gratin in a creamy sauce, or on its own.

Carl Sittmann Riesling has aromas of green apples, pears, and apricots. The sweet flavours of peaches and apples are gracefully balanced by the crisp acidity keeping it refreshingly elegant and gracefully without being too sweet. Pairs well with fish, chicken, pork, bratwursts, sausages, spicy dishes, and sushi.

60 Crus (vineyrads) of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir have gone into this blend. A deep golden robe with delicate and vivacious long lasting bubbles. Complex, voluptuous nose with notes of freshly baked brioche and the richness of roasted coffee beans. On the palate, the texture is reminiscent of a crisp layer of nougatine on a velvety cream pastry filled with plump red plums and ripe cherries.

On the nose, the bouquet spirals through sweet, bright floral notes and the lively minerality so typical of Dom Pérignon, then notes of candied fruit, plants, the incredible freshness of camphor leaf and finally the dark hints of spices and liquorice root. On the palate, the wine is currently still physical. It is compelling, tactile and vibrant rather than aromatic. The rhythm and tempo are more dominant than the melody. At first mild and delicate, then strongly, confidently mineral, persistent, precise, with a refined bitterness, and an iodine, saline tang.

Intensely perfumed with aromas of rose petals, lychee nuts and super-ripe pineapples. This wine is full bodied, rich, lots of different aromas but not too heavy. Still you can taste the finesse of the grape variety. Goes well with spicy foods, Asian food and salads. A real winner.

The Dornfelder grape gives a nice fruity bouquet of berries and cherries to this wine. It is a soft smooth red, made for people just starting to get into red wines. A fruit-driven wine, refreshingly light with just a touch of chocolate.

Mumm Cordon Rouge is the signture cuvee of maison Mumm. This eceptional brut champagne blend is a composition of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes. The cuvee brut is a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay grapes. A juicy, fleshy pear and golden grape texture. The finish narrows to citrus and grapefruit flavours. A wine with great fruit, a good mouthfeel and a harmonious balance.

This rose blend is comprised of Pinot Noir(which is domnant), Meunier and chardonnay grapes. An original and juicy wine which simultaneously offers black cherry, blackberry, pink grapefruit and blood orange notes. Warm and spicy notes of Espelette pepper, tea and liquorice.

Champagne Pol Roger created their Prestige Cuvée in homage to Sir Winston Churchill mindful of the qualities that he sought in his champagne : robustness, a full-bodied character and relative maturity. The exact blend is a closely guarded family secret.
