The colour is a rich scarlet-red, with opulent aromas of blackberry, black cherry, cinnamon, nutmeg and a hint of caramel. The palate comes alive with flavours of ripe raspberries, strawberry jam, a dense blackberry core, warm gingerbread, and a hint of toffee. It is perfectly balanced with refreshing acidity, plush weight on the mid-palate and a wonderfully supple texture. The expansive fruit flavours carry through to a long, pure and persistent finish. When asked to describe this wine, I simply say it’s like a taste of Christmas, all year long.

With our Pinot Grigio Chardonnay, our winemaker experimented with 11 different blends before the ultimate one was achieved. This smooth, refreshingly crisp wine, bearing strong fruit notes of pear and peach, embodies the mystique of the Black Cellar.

With our Malbec Merlot, our winemaker explored 13 blends before arriving on this smooth, medium bodied wine and aromas of dark red berries and cherry. The combination of the dark skinned Malbec and the juicy Merlot grape creates a luscious blend that embodies the mystique of the Black Cellar.

With our Shiraz Cabernet, our winemaker explored 19 different blends until the ultimate one was achieved. The result is a smooth, full-flavoured wine with an abundance of sweet cherry, blueberry and spice aromas and flavours that embody the mystique of the Black Cellar.

Aromas of raspberry and cherry, dry and medium bodied. flavours of dark cherry, earth, spice, and oak with a medium acidity that brightens the fruit character followed by a medium, fruity finish.

This wine has an intense purple red color. On the nose, there are notes of red fruits such as plums and blackberries with more freshness than in other years, and the aromas are balanced with notes of coffee and vanilla from the wood. The palate is voluminous, fruity with hints of violet and elegant tannins. There are soft oak notes and a long finish.

Carrera is a beautiful estate blend which is dominated by Cabernet and Merlot, with tiny splashes of Petit Verdot and Malbec.

Bota Box Cabernet Sauvignon is a crafted, medium - bodied wine that delivers ripe, juicy black cherry and dark chocolate flavours framed in soft tannins. There are subtle accents of violets and spice in this wine.

This award winning Zinfandel is round and full of vigour, with a nose of baked plum, licorice and clove. It’s rustic in its balance of blackberry and toasty sage leading to a deep fruit forward finish.

Bota Box Pinot Grigio offers aromas of bright citrus, ripe melon and warm toasty oak, followed by vibrant flavours of zesty lemon, apple and graham cracker.

Bottega Gold is a sparkling Prosecco; the Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of the province of Treviso. Bright, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet is very comples with green apples, pear, citrus fruits, white flowers, acacia, wisteria, lily of the valley and spices. The taste is light with livelinees and balanced acidity.

This Islay whisky shows initial aromas of sweet pear drops, vanilla fudge, chocolate and marzipan, on the palate the oak and malt notes overlap each other with toasted rye bread, buttery popcorn, fresh oak, vanilla fudge and smooth caramel. The organic barley seems to give more fruit from the distillation and more viscous texture which is a joy to the olfactory senses.

Delightfully crisp and dry. This wine is ideal when paired with seafood and poultry, or simply on its own.

Very aromatic with notes of ripe black and red fruits. In the palate, juicy plums and dark berry fruit flavour with plenty of fresh yet fine tannins that take over at the finish, along with flavours of spice and licorice.

The current blend is 85% Merlot, with 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich, round and plush with a deep purple colour. Noticeable fruit notes consisting of dark plum and dark berry. Possessing an elegant and long drawn - out finish.

78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot. Deep red colour with purple highlights along the edges. Noticeable aroma of black cherry, licorice and blackcurrant. Silky and fresh! The tannins are well - integrated producing a well balanced, elegant wine.

Gorgeous aromas of crushed blackberry, violet and dark chocolate lead to a full-bodied palate, with powerful, chewy tannins and loads of beautiful fresh fruit.

The colour is so deep and dense it is almost opaque. The nose is expansive, complex and elegant with vibrant black fruit aromas alongside praline and hints of mahogany, while the palate is full and luscious, its richness balancing beautifully with a vein of elegant minerality. Well-structured tannins give a velvety, succulent mouthfeel. The Cabernet Franc grapes have produced a wine of beauty, style and elegance, with excellent aging potential.

Dark, intense colour. The proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon is historically high, bringing structure and depth. Dense, perfectly ripe tannins provide persistence and fullness. A wine of great aromatic complexity, with notes of blackberry, licorice and blond tobacco, precise, and marked by a fresh, slightly saline finish.

This Cabernet Franc has been matured in French oak for 16 months. On the nose raspberry, plum and white pepper. Flavours of red plum, cherry and a touch of herbs.

The nose of our Pinot Noir is ripe with plum, aromatic spice and red florals. The palate is focused with a savoury architecture; bittersweet chocolate, dark fruit and spice play with leather and hints of earthiness. Chalky tannins linger on a persistent finish

Dark and deep red with violet nuances. Very elegant, complex, great character of pure Carmenere, plumy, red ripe fruit, spicy and black cherries. Great structure, mouth filling, mineral, sweet tannins, graphite, powerful as delicate, with lots of fruit giving a long finish.

This Saint-Julien blend is comprised of 63% Merlot and 37% Cabernet Sauvignon. Maturation has occurred for 15 months, 15% were new oak barrels. Bouquet includes; red berry fruit, cinnamon and touches of brown spice. The palate is fruity and well-balanced, tannins are well structured.

Bright fruit and slight notes of toasting, light tobacco. A wine with substance, carried by perfectly integrated, well-coated tannins.

Garnet colour with a bouquet of red berries, cherry, spice and a touch of smoke. Copper Moon Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium-bodied wine with flavours of plum, blueberry and cherry. Notes of berries and a touch of spice linger on the finish. Pairs well with pizza, red sauce pastas and burgers.

Lemon yellow colour with aromas of ripple apple, pear pineapple and a touch of floral. Copper Moon Chardonnay is a soft, medium-bodied wine with flavours of ripe stone fruit and just a touch of citrus on the finish to refresh.

An appealing red colour and a bouquet of vanilla, chocolate and field berries is complimented by cherry and black currant. Copper Moon Malbec has a smooth medium body with a complex flavour profile encompassing dark red berries, cherry and black currant. Light oak notes and a bit of spice linger on the finish. Pairs with steak, ribs and other richly flavoured foods.

Garnet colour with slightly rich bouquet of black cherry, black currants, blue plums and a hint of spice and oak on the finish. Serve with roasted and grilled meats. Pairs well with roasted or grilled red meat, pizza and aged cheese.

Pale lemon yellow colour with beautiful aromas of citrus, green apple and ripe pear. Copper Moon Pinot Grigio is light bodied wine with refreshing flavours of citrus and melon. Slight floral notes linger on through the finish. Pairs well with fresh shellfish and pan-seared halibut.

Garnet to light purple colour with a bouquet of plum, black cherry and licorice. Copper Moon Shiraz is a smooth, medium-bodied wine with juicy flavours of plum and cherry. A medley of ripe berries and a touch of sweet spice linger on the finish. Pairs well with chili, spicy sausage and hearty winter stews.

This wine is an approachable, food friendly red. Notes of red berry and cherry on the nose stay consistent through the taste profile. This is a medium bodied red, with good acidity to pair with a wide range of foods.

The rich berry notes are echoed on the palate, where silky, fine-grained tannins and enlivening acidity carry the flavors to a lush, lingering finish.

The varietal composition for this vintage is 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Petit Verdot. It has been aged a total of 24 months in barrel. Enticing aromas of black cherry, red currant and rose petals mingle with sophisticated hints of hazelnut, clove, caramel and fig preserves. A silky palate with juicy layers of plum, tayberry and chocolate-covered blueberries are framed by elegantly structured tannins, with notes of red licorice, mint, maple and sage adding complexity to a long, dynamic finish.

Aromas of dried cherry, cranberry, plum, caramel and mocha fill the senses, followed by vibrant flavours of cherry pie filling and cola. A velvety texture and bright acidity distinguish this naturally-balanced wine.

Fragrant bouquet of grapes and cherries with a hint of violets; dry, clean, very pleasant flavour with an attractive lingering, slightly bitter aftertaste of green almonds.
