Aged a total of 24 months. The nose offers an explosion of dark fruit with decadent aromas of raspberry-filled chocolates, black currant, mulberry and huckleberry jam, as well as more savory notes of cedar and spice. On the palate, firm tannins underscore this wine’s opulence and ageability, framing the blackberry, fig and black currant flavors, with bright underlying acidity providing poise and finesse to the long, layered finish.

The varietal composition for this vintage is 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Petit Verdot. It has been aged a total of 24 months in barrel. Enticing aromas of black cherry, red currant and rose petals mingle with sophisticated hints of hazelnut, clove, caramel and fig preserves. A silky palate with juicy layers of plum, tayberry and chocolate-covered blueberries are framed by elegantly structured tannins, with notes of red licorice, mint, maple and sage adding complexity to a long, dynamic finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot work together to create a wine that exhibits plush fruit supported by deep tannins. We make this wine to cellar for a number of years. A youthful wine will therefore exhibit well structured tannins that demands a complimenting food while a wine with greater than 4 years of age will begin to deliver nuances of flavour, texture and length that can only be achieved by making the wine in this traditional style.

Medium ruby red colour; aromas of raspberry, cherry and spice with light tobacco notes; dry, medium bodied, quite fruity with oak tones on finish.

Medium deep ruby; aromas and flavours of oak, cassis, plum, blackberry jam, vanilla and cedar; dry, medium bodied with good depth of fruit, structured tannins and good length.

The key to the intense flavours and spicy aromas in this wine are the mature grapes and modern technology which allows for strict temperature control during fermentation: its gentle agitation of the wine extracts more colour and tannin from the skins, and the partial pressure this vessel is under during the time of fermentation allows higher concentration of fruit flavours to remain in the wine. Finally, this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in the barrel room, which stabilizes its red colour and enhances its firm tannic finish. This Cabernet Franc is best served with pasta or red sauce, barbecued foods, roast beef or lamb.

You will find very ripe, plummy-sweet flavours and richness in this wine. Some would also call it a bistro style, "elbows-on-the-table" wine. Great with stews, red meat or tomato-based dishes.

Elegance with a luminous pink colouring, a fragrance of wild flowers and wild strawberries.

The barrel aged Chardonnay follows the guiding philosophy, oak should be to wine as seasoning is to food. Enough to add interest and complexity but not so much that it overwhelms.

Grilled herb and red pepper aromas mingle with berry fruit on the nose. The palate offers tasty flavours of ripe berry, cherry and plum, the roasted red pepper replaying with a dash of black pepper. This is a flavourful, approachable red, dry, medium bodied with a pleasing round texture, good balance and tasty finish.

A blend of 41.9% Merlot, 35.2% Cabernet Franc and 18.7% Cabernet Sauvignon, with just a touch of Zweigelt and Dornfelder. The individual wines were given subtle oak integration for 6 months with French and American oak, before the final assemblage was created. A full malolactic fermentation to soften the mouthfeel. Bright garnet colour with a bouquet of currant, blue plum, cherry, wild strawberry, and subtle spice and oak. A medium-bodied, fruit-forward red wine with soft tannins for a smooth mouthfeel, and flavours of juicy red and black fruits with a touch of sweet spice. Notes of red cherry, pomegranate, sweet spice, and a touch of black tea linger on the finish.

Clear and bright with a clean fresh aroma of apple, Anjou pear and melon. A light, smooth yet refreshing white wine. Lovely fruit flavours of melon, pear, and tropical fruit glide across the palate, followed by notes of citrus, green apple and pineapple lingering through on the finish.

This easy-drinking Cabernet / Merlot has shades of dark ripe fruit, tobacco and leather. Fresh and juicy on the palate with a touch of tannin. This wine is equally delicious accompanying a formal dinner as it is while sitting in the stands, cheering on the team. Serve slightly below room temperature - 15 to 18°C. Great by itself and with dishes like pasta, pork, pizza or excellent with Herbed Barbequed Chicken or Braised Beef.
