This expression has spent up to 18 months finishing in Caribbean rum casks. The mingling of raw, spicy and earthy rye with the mellow sweetness of rum finishing creates an incomparably smooth whiskey. Aromas of citrus, caramel candy, maple sugar, vanilla, oak, hazelnut, spice and sherry wood. On the palate: sweet rum, sherry wood, and soft oak. A sweet/dry finish.

This expression was created from a mash that by law had to be no lower than 51% rye; following distillation it was aged in new charred oak barrels for 10 years. The result is aromas of sweet vanilla, oak and a touch of light fruit are followed by the taste is of spice, oak, hints of caramel, tobacco and warm cinnamon.

Vinho is fully matured in used American oak wine barrels that have been toasted and re-charred in a way that brings out fruity vanilla notes from the wood into the whisky overlaid on a delicate background of complex fruitiness. It has a complex and multi-dimensional background of pepper, spice, dates and other fruits, such as ripe melon and mango together with kiwi and a delicate blend of bursting citrus fruits. A rich fusion of vanilla and caramelized sugars with dark chocolate on top. Pepper is also present in the background waiting to be noticed. This bouquet is simply a sensational feast to your olfactory organ.

This whisky is distilled from premium rice and is aged in white oak virgin casks. Aromas of sweet butter, caramel and spice lead way to flavours of sweet butter, toasted wood, licorice, clove and cinnamon with a long finish.

This expression has been aged in red wine casks. Deep amber, copper appearance. Complex nose with red berries and dried fruits, demerara sugar, leather, oak, and honey. This melt-in-the-mouth malt has the most profound flavours crashing in like waves. At first, the delivery feels sublimely silky and studded with oak-like honey. And just when you think you’ve savoured it all, you are surprised by a hefty second wave of spice. This is followed by a cloudy, smoky feel that coats the roof of the mouth and leaves a tidal wave of dry molasses, peaty soot and a degree of copper in its wake. Bold has a light finish with a tinge of copper slowly making its presence known. You can also sense a gorgeous smoked mocha shaped by delicate and intricate spices.

First produced in Maryland in the 1890s, Pikesville Rye, along with the rest of the once-booming Maryland Rye industry, was shuttered by Prohibition. The brand re-emerged after Prohibition and became the last standing Maryland Rye, as the rest of the industry's production had ceased. The taste is dry and spicy, with honeyed rye and cloves. With a rye content of 95%, well past the 51% required for the category, we’ve recreated the classic American whiskey that ruled our glasses before Prohibition. Aromas and flavours include citrus, toasted oakn a bit of spice and mint.

Our bourbon has a rye content of 21%, giving it a light but distinct hint of spice. Additional aromas and flavours include: caramel, spice, over-ripe banana and cracked black pepper.

An ode to the great outdoors, Tincup is a blend of two great American whiskeys, "high rye" bourbon is blended with a small amount of Colorado single malt whiskey and cut with rocky mountain water.
