This rich, full-flavoured Cabernet Sauvignon expresses signature bourbon barrel notes of charred vanilla and dried herbs. An expressive wine with complex layers of flavour including cherry and currant, burnt sugar, vanilla as well as a touch of smokiness.

Dark ruby in colour with aromas of red berries and toasted oak.

Lifted aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and vanilla are accompanied by vibrant, dark berry fruits on the palate. The finish is long with fine-grained tannins from sixteen months maturation in a combination of new and older French oak hogsheads. Although drinking well now this wine may be cellared for up to ten years from vintage.

Dark red colour with a magenta core. Aromas of red currants, cranberry and dried Italian herbs. Flavourable with notes of red, blue and black fruits melded with sweet spiced cinnamon, vanilla chai and cedar oak. Fine silky tannins add savoury balance and length to the palate.

Dark rich colour. A fragrant nose with blackberry and briary tones and a hint of cigar box. A good concentration of ripe, dark-berry fruit swathed in serious tannins, backed by classy toasty oak adding complexity. A savoury and succulent wine with a pleasing velvety texture adding length on the finish and suggesting a healthy future in the cellar.
